Description
Claims (13)
- 플라스틱 스트립으로 금속 스트립형 기판을 스트립 코팅하는 방법에 있어서,(ⅰ) 플라스틱 스트립을 인시츄 주조하는 단계;(ⅱ) 내부 수냉 냉각롤 주위에 상기 플라스틱 스트립을 안내하는 단계;(ⅲ) 상기 플라스틱 스트립이 안정화될 때까지 개방된 접촉롤 및 기판 사이에 상기 플라스틱 스트립을 이송하는 단계;(ⅳ) 상기 플라스틱 스트립 및 상기 기판을 이동시키고 기판에 면하는 플라스틱 스트립 부분의 연화 온도 이상으로 상기 기판을 가열하는 단계;(ⅴ) 상기 접촉롤을 기판에 접근시킴으로써 플라스틱 스트립을 상기 기판에 가압하고 상기 플라스틱 스트립을 절단하며 상기 프라스틱 스트립의 진행을 정지시키는 단계; - 이 단계에서 상기 기판과 상기 냉각롤은 상기 플라스틱 스트립에 의해 연결됨 - 및(ⅵ) 고속으로 상기 기판을 상기 플라스틱 스트립으로 코팅하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 플라스틱 스트립이 상기 냉각롤과 접촉롤 사이에 이송될 때 그 두께 모니터, 칼라 모니터, 스트립 장력 모니터 및 폭 보정중에서 하나 이상을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립 코팅 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 플라스틱 스트립이 접착된 후 접착성을 개선하기 위해 추가로 열처리를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립 코팅 방법.
- 제 1 항에 따른 플라스틱 스트립으로 금속 스트립형 기판을 스트립 코팅하는 장치에 있어서,(ⅰ) 금속 기판을 이송하는 수단;(ⅱ) 상기 플라스틱 스트립을 상기 기판에 가압하기 위한 접촉롤;(ⅲ) 상기 플라스틱을 주조하기 위한 주조수단;(ⅳ) 플라스틱 스트립을 형성시키기 위한 냉각롤; 및(ⅴ) 상기 접촉롤을 통해 상기 기판에 플라스틱 스트립을 이송시키기 위한 공급 및 가이드 수단을 포함하며,상기 접촉롤은 상기 플라스틱 스트립을 분리하여 이송시키는 수단과 협력하도록 배치되어 상기 기판으로부터 떨어진 제 1 위치로 이동가능하고, 상기 플라스틱 스트립을 기판에 가압하기에 적합한 제 2 위치로 이동가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립 코팅 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 접촉롤은 적어도 상기 플라스틱 스트립과 접촉하는 표면이 고무인 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립 코팅 장치.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 기판 이송수단, 접촉롤, 주조수단, 냉각롤 및 공급 및 가이드 수단이 이중으로 되어 있으며, 상기 기판을 양면에서 동시에 코팅하는 동작동안 상기 기판의 각 측면에 1세트 씩 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립 코팅 장치.
