Claims (8)
- 선으로 인발된 유리 섬유와 당해 유리 섬유의 외주에 동시에 도포된 1차 피복 수지와 2차 피복 수지를 광경화시켜 이루어지는 1차 피복과 2차 피복을 구비한 피복 부착 광섬유로서,경화 후의 1차 피복 수지와 유리 섬유 사이의 계면 밀착력 S(g/cm)가 경화 후의 2차 피복 수지의 유리전이온도 Tg(℃)에 대하여 1/13((g/cm)/℃) 이상으로 됨을 특징으로 하는 피복 부착 광섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밀착력 S가 약 2 내지 약 20(g/cm)이고 유리전이온도 Tg가 약 30 내지 약 250℃인 피복 부착 광섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경화 후의 1차 피복 수지와 2차 피복 수지의 영률이 각각 약 0.05 내지 약 0.15kg/mm2및 약 50 내지 약 150kg/mm2인 피복 부착 광섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1차 피복 수지 속에 약 3중량% 이하의 커플링제가 함유되어 있는 피복 부착 광섬유.
- 유리 모재(母材)를 가열, 용융하여 선으로 인발함으로써 유리 섬유를 수득하는 제1 공정,경화 후의 1차 피복 수지와 유리 섬유 사이의 계면 밀착력 S(g/cm)가 경화 후의 2차 피복 수지의 유리전이온도 Tg(℃)에 대하여 1/13((g/cm)/℃) 이상으로 되는 1차 피복 수지와 2차 피복 수지를 준비하는 제2 공정,유리 섬유의 외주에 1차 피복 수지와 2차 피복 수지를 동시에 도포하는 제3 공정 및1차 피복 수지와 2차 피복 수지를 광경화시켜 피복 부착 광섬유를 수득하는 제4 공정을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 따르는 피복 부착 광섬유의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 밀착력 S가 약 2 내지 약 20(g/cm)이고 유리전이온도 Tg가 약 30 내지 약 250℃인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 경화 후의 1차 피복 수지와 2차 피복 수지의 영률이 각각 약 0.05 내지 약 0.15kg/mm2및 약 50 내지 약 150kg/mm2인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 1차 피복 수지 속에 약 3중량% 이하의 커플링제가 함유되어 있는 방법.
