Claims (5)
- 동축에 마주 놓이도록 배치한 입출력 디스크와,이들 입출력 디스크 사이에서 마찰계합으로 동력을 주고받도록 상기 입출력 디스크의 회전축선 둘레에 배치된 다수의 마찰차와,각 마찰차를 회전이 자유롭게 지지한 마찰차 지지부재와,상기 마찰차 지지부재와 인접하는 단부 사이에 연이어지도록 배치되어 이들 단부에 조인트를 통해 연결되고, 상기 조인트 사이의 부분을 변속기 케이스에 피벗지지된 링크를 구비하고,상기 링크에 의한 동기하에 상기 마찰차 지지부재를 마찰차의 회전축선과 직교하는 좌우회동축선 방향으로 스트로크시킴으로써 상기 마찰차의 좌우회동축선 둘레의 경사회전을 발생시켜 변속을 행하도록 한 마찰차식 무단 변속기에 있어서,상기 링크가 수평 상태에서 기울어져 있을 때, 상기 입출력 디스크 사이의 협압력에 의하여 마찰차를 통해 상기 조인트와 링크에 형성한 조인트 끼워맞춤 구멍 사이에 작용하는 힘의 벡터가, 상기 링크에 회전 모멘트를 부여하지 않는 방향이 되도록, 또는 상기 링크에 상기 경사 방향과는 역방향의 회전 모멘트를 부여하는 방향이 되도록, 상기 조인트의 외주면 형상 또는 상기 조인트 끼워맞춤 구멍의 내주면 형상을 정한 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰차식 무단 변속기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 좌우회동축선을 포함하고, 상기 링크의 피벗지지축선과 직교하는 면내에서 봤을 때, 상기 조인트 외주면의 가운데를 높게 함과 동시에, 상기 조인트 외주면의 곡율 반경을 상기 링크의 피벗지지축선과, 이 피벗지지축선에서 가장 먼 조인트 외주면 부위 사이의 거리 이상으로 하고,상기 조인트 끼워맞춤 구멍의 내주면을 상기 조인트 외주면의 가운데가 높은 형상을 따라 가운데를 오목하게 함과 동시에, 상기 조인트 끼워맞춤 구멍 내주면의 곡율 반경을 상기 조인트 외주면의 곡율 반경보다도 크게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰차식 무단 변속기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 조인트 끼워맞춤 구멍의 내주면을 상기 좌우회동축선에 동심인 원통면으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰차식 무단 변속기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 조인트 외주면을 상기 좌우회동축선에 동심인 원통면으로 하고,상기 좌우회동축선을 포함하고, 상기 링크의 피벗지지축선과 직교하는 면내에서 봤을 때, 상기 조인트 끼워맞춤 구멍의 내주면의 가운데를 높게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰차식 무단 변속기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 좌우회동축선을 포함하고, 상기 링크의 피벗지지축선과 직교하는 면내에서 봤을 때, 상기 조인트 외주면의 가운데를 오목하게 함과 동시에 조인트 끼워맞춤 구멍 내주면의 가운데를 높게 하고, 가운데를 높게 한 조인트 끼워맞춤 구멍 내주면의 곡율 반경을, 가운데를 오목하게 한 조인트 외주면의 곡율 반경보다도 작게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰차식 무단 변속기.
