Description
Claims (20)
- (1) 유기용매 20 내지 80 중량%와 물 80 내지 20 중량%로 이루어진 용매, (2) 카르복실산, 카르복실산의 염, 무기산, 및 무기산의 염 중에서 선택된 한가지 이상의 전해질, 및 (3) 킬레이트 화합물을 함유하는 것이 특징인 전해 캐패시터용 전해질 용액.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 유기 용매가 양성자성 용매 및 비양성자성 용매 중에서 선택된 적어도 한가지의 용매인 것이 특징인 전해질 용액.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 전해질이 모노카르복실산, 디카르복실산, 및 그의 염 중에서 선택된 것이 특징인 전해질 용액.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 전해질이 포름산, 아세트산, 프로피온산, 부티르산, p-니트로벤조산, 살리실산, 벤조산, 옥살산, 말론산, 석신산, 글루타르산, 아디프산, 푸마르산, 말레산, 프탈산, 아젤라산, 구연산 및 히드록시부티르산 및 이들의 암모늄염, 나트륨염, 칼륨염, 아민염 및 알킬암모늄염 중에서 선택되는 것이 특징인 전해질 용액.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 전해질이 인산, 아인산, 하이포아인산, 붕산 및 설팜산, 및 이들의 암모늄염, 나트륨염, 칼륨염, 아민염 및 알킬암모늄염 중에서 선택된 무기산 또는 그의 염인 것이 특징인 전해질 용액.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 유기산 또는 그의 염 및 무기산 또는 그의 염이 조합사용된 것이 특징인 전해질 용액.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 킬레이트 화합물이 에틸렌디아민-N,N,N',N'-테트라아세트산, 트랜스-1,2-디아미노시클로헥산-N,N,N',N'-테트라아세트산 모노하이드레이트, N,N-비스(2-히드록시에틸)글라이신, 에틸렌디아민-N,N,N',N'-테트라키스(메틸렌포스폰산), 디에틸렌트리아민-N,N,N',N,N-펜타아세트산, 1,3-디아미노-2-히드록시프로판-N,N,N',N'-테트라아세트산, 에틸렌디아민-N,N'-디아세트산, 에틸렌디아민-N,N'-비스(메틸렌포스폰산) 헤미하이드레이트, O,O'-비스(2-아미노에틸)에틸렌글라이콜-N,N,N',N'-테트라아세트산, 및 N-(2-히드록시에틸)에틸렌디아민-N,N',N'-트리아세트산 중에서 선택된 것이 특징인 전해질 용액.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 킬레이트 화합물이 산, 염, 에스테르, 또는 무수물 형태인 것이 특징인 전해질 용액.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 전해질 용액 총 중량에 대해 킬레이트 화합물을 0.01 내지 3 중량% 함유하는 것이 특징인 전해질 용액.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 글루콘산 및/또는 글루콘 락톤을 추가로 함유하는 것이 특징인 전해질 용액.
- 밀봉 케이스와 상기 케이스에 함유된 권취된 요소를 포함하는 전해 캐패시터로서, 상기 요소는 양극화에 의해 형성된 유전성 표면 필름을 갖는 알루미늄 호일로 형성된 양극 호일, 양극 호일의 유전성 표면 필름에 반대되는 알루미늄의 음극 호일, 및 양극 호일과 음극 호일 사이에 끼워진 세퍼레이터를 함유하며, 상기 요소에는 (1) 유기용매 20 내지 80 중량%와 물 80 내지 20 중량%로 이루어진 용매, (2) 카르복실산, 카르복실산의 염, 무기산, 및 무기산의 염 중에서 선택된 한가지 이상의 전해질, 및 (3) 킬레이트 화합물을 함유하는 전해질 용액이 주입된 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 캐패시터.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 유기 용매가 양성자성 용매와 비양성자성 용매 중에서 선택된 한가지 이상의 용매인 것이 특징인 전해 캐패시터.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 전해질이 모노카르복실산, 디카르복실산 및 그의 염 중에서 선택된 것이 특징인 전해 캐패시터.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 전해질이 포름산, 아세트산, 프로피온산, 부티르산, p-니트로벤조산, 살리실산, 벤조산, 옥살산, 말론산, 석신산, 글루타르산, 아디프산, 푸마르산, 말레산, 프탈산, 아젤라산, 구연산 및 히드록시부티르산 및 이들의 암모늄염, 나트륨염, 칼륨염, 아민염 및 알킬암모늄염 중에서 선택되는 것이 특징인 전해 캐패시터.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 전해질이 인산, 아인산, 하이포아인산, 붕산 및 설팜산, 및 이들의 암모늄염, 나트륨염, 칼륨염, 아민염 및 알킬암모늄염 중에서 선택된 무기산 또는 그의 염인 것이 특징인 전해 캐패시터.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 전해질 용액이 유기산 또는 그의 염과 무기산 또는 그의 염으로 된 것이 특징인 전해 캐패시터.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 킬레이트 화합물이 에틸렌디아민-N,N,N',N'-테트라아세트산, 트랜스-1,2-디아미노시클로헥산-N,N,N',N'-테트라아세트산 모노하이드레이트, N,N-비스(2-히드록시에틸)글라이신, 에틸렌디아민-N,N,N',N'-테트라키스(메틸렌포스폰산), 디에틸렌트리아민-N,N,N',N,N-펜타아세트산, 1,3-디아미노-2-히드록시프로판-N,N,N',N'-테트라아세트산, 에틸렌디아민-N,N'-디아세트산, 에틸렌디아민-N,N'-비스(메틸렌포스폰산) 헤미하이드레이트, O,O'-비스(2-아미노에틸)에틸렌글라이콜-N,N,N',N'-테트라아세트산, 및 N-(2-히드록시에틸)에틸렌디아민-N,N',N'-트리아세트산 중에서 선택된 것이 특징인 전해 캐패시터.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 킬레이트 화합물이 산, 염, 에스테르 또는 무수물 형태인 것이 특징인 전해 캐패시터.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 전해질 용액이 전해질 용액의 총 중량에 대해 0.01 내지 3 중량%의 킬레이트 화합물을 함유하는 것이 특징인 전해 캐패시터.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 전해질 용액이 글루콘산 및/또는 글루콘 락톤을 추가로 함유하는 것이 특징인 전해 캐패시터.
