Claims (4)
- 부하로부터 환류하는 냉매액을 소정 온도로 냉각하여 부하에 공급하는 냉매액 회로부와, 상기 냉매액을 냉각하기 위한 냉동회로부를 구비한 항온냉매액 순환장치에 있어서,상기 냉동회로가, 압축기로부터 토출되는 고온의 냉매의 일부를 증발기에 공급되는 저온의 냉매에 혼합시켜서, 증발기에 공급하는 냉매의 냉각능력을 조정하는 열가스회로를 구비하고,상기 냉매액회로부가, 부하로부터 환류하는 냉매액을 상기 증발기에서 냉각하여 소정 온도의 냉매액으로 하는 열교환기와, 이 냉매액을 부하에 공급하여 순환시키는 순환수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항온냉매액 순환장치.
- 부하로부터 환류하는 냉매액을 소정 온도로 냉각하여 부하에 공급하는 냉매액회로부와, 상기 냉매액을 냉각하기 위한 냉동회로부와, 부하에 공급하는 냉매액의 온도를 제어하기 위한 제어부를 구비한 항온냉매액 순환장치에 있어서,상기 냉동회로부가, 압축기로부터 토출되는 고온의 냉매의 일부를 증발기에 공급되는 저온의 냉매에 혼합시켜서, 증발기에 공급하는 냉매의 냉각능력을 조정하는 열가스회로와, 이 열가스회로의 냉매순환량을 조정하기 위한 정압팽창밸브를 구비하고,상기 냉매액회로부가, 냉매액의 탱크와, 부하로부터 환류하는 냉매액을 상기 증발기에서 냉각하는 열교환기와, 이 열교환기에서 냉각된 냉매액과 부하로부터 환류하는 냉매액에 의해서, 부하에 공급하는 냉매액을 소정 온도로 하는 온도조정수단과, 소정 온도로 냉각된 냉매액을 부하에 공급하여 순환시키는 순환수단을 구비하고,상기 제어부가 상기 온도조정수단을 제어하는 온도제어기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항온냉매액 순환장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 냉동회로부가, 정압팽창밸브대신에 전자팽창밸브를 구비하고,제어부가, 상기 전자팽창밸브의 개도를 제어하는 팽창밸브제어기와, 온도조정수단을 제어하는 온도제어기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항온냉매액 순환장치.
- 부하로부터 환류하는 냉매액을 소정 온도로 냉각하여 부하에 공급하는 냉매액회로부와, 상기 냉매액을 냉각하기 위한 냉동회로부와, 부하에 공급하는 냉매액의 온도를 제어하기 위한 제어부를 구비한 항온냉매액 순환장치에 있어서,상기 냉동부회로부가, 압축기로부터 토출되는 고온의 냉매의 일부를 증발기에 공급되는 저온의 냉매에 혼합시켜서, 증발기에 공급하는 냉매의 냉각능력을 조정하는 열가스회로와, 이 열가스회로의 냉매순환량을 조정하기 위한 전자팽창밸브를 구비하고,상기 냉매액회로부가, 냉매액의 탱크와, 부하로부터 환류하는 냉매액을 상기 증발기에서 소정 온도로 냉각하는 열교환기와, 이 냉매액을 부하에 공급하여 순환시키는 순환수단을 구비하고,상기 제어부가, 상기 전자팽창밸브의 개도를 제어하는 팽창밸브제어기를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 항온냉매액 순환장치.
