Claims (10)
- 접착 촉진용 프라이머 조성물을 기재 표면에 도포한 후, 이어서 경화성 실란트, 접착제 또는 코팅 제형을 프라이밍된 기재에 도포하고, 실란트, 접착제 또는 코팅 제형을 경화시키는 것을 포함하는 기재에 대한 실란트, 접착제 또는 코팅 제형의 개선 방법에 있어서, 프라이머가 하기 화학식의 1종 이상의 접착 촉진용 수난용성 유기실란 또는 약간 수용성의 유기실란인 방법.R1 aR2 bSi(OR3)4-a-b식 중,R1은 유기 관능기로 치환된 탄소 원자수 3 내지 30의 탄화수소기이거나, 또는 탄소 원자수 2 내지 30의 알케닐기이고,R2는 탄소 원자수 1 내지 12의 알킬, 알콕시로 치환된 알킬, 아릴 또는 아랄킬이고,R3은 탄소 원자수 2 내지 10의 알킬 또는 알콕시로 치환된 알킬, 아릴 또는 아랄킬기이고,a는 1 내지 3이고,b는 0 내지 2이고,a+b는 1, 2 또는 3이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 프라이머가 전체 프라이머 조성물의 30 내지 99.75 중량%의 양으로 물을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, R1상의 유기 관능기 치환체가 메르캅토, 에폭시, 메타크릴옥시, 아크릴옥시, 클로로, 브로모, 요오도, 시아노, 케톤, 알데히드, 카르복실레이트, 카르복실산, 실릴 에스테르, 아민, 알킬아민, 디알킬아민, 아릴아민, 디아릴아민, 우레이드, 아미드 또는 이소시아누레이트기이거나, 또는 이들 기 중 적어도 하나로 치환된 알콕시기인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1이 비닐, 알릴, 올레일, 리놀레일 또는 리놀레닐인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1이 지환족 에폭시를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R3이 에틸, n-프로필, n-부틸, n-헥실, n-헵틸, n-옥틸, n-노닐, n-데실, 시클로펜틸, 시클로헥실, 시클로헵틸, 시클로옥틸, 이소프로필, 이소부틸, sec-부틸, 이소아밀, sec-아밀, 4-메틸-2-펜틸, 2-에틸헥실 또는 페닐인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실란이 2-(3,4-에폭시시클로헥실)-에틸트리에톡시실란, 2-(3,4-에폭시시클로헥실)-에틸트리이소프로폭시실란, 2-(3,4-에폭시시클로헥실)-에틸트리이소부톡시실란, 3-글리시독시프로필트리이소부톡시실란, 3-메타크릴옥시프로필트리에톡시실란, 3-메타크릴옥시프로필트리이소프로폭시실란, 3-메타크릴옥시프로필트리이소부톡시실란, 비닐트리이소프로폭시실란, 비닐트리이소부톡시실란, 3-아크릴옥시프로필트리에톡시실란, 3-메르캅토프로필트리에톡시실란, 비틸메틸비스-(이소프로폭시)실란, 3-메타크릴옥시프로필메틸디부톡시실란, 1,2-비스-(알콕시)실릴에탄 및 트리스(3-트리에톡시실릴프로필)이소시아누레이트로 이루어진 군으로로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실란이 25 ℃의 물에서 수용해도가 0 내지 8.0 중량%인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실란이 25 ℃의 물에서 수용해도가 0 내지 1 중량%인 방법.
- 순차적으로 기재에 도포시켜 밀봉, 접착 결합 또는 코팅을 수행하기에 적합한 제1 접착 촉진용 프라이머부 및 제2 경화성 수지부의 두 성분을 포함하는 2액형 실란트, 접착제 또는 코팅계에 있어서, 프라이머가 하기 화학식의 1종 이상의 접착 촉진용 수난용성 또는 약간 수용성의 유기실란의 수성 에멀젼인 2액형 실란트, 접착제 또는 코팅계.R1 aR2 bSi(OR3)4-a-b식 중,R1은 유기 관능기로 치환된 탄소 원자수 3 내지 40의 탄화수소기이거나, 또는 탄소 원자수 2 내지 30의 알케닐기이고,R2는 탄소 원자수 1 내지 10의 알킬, 알콕시로 치환된 알킬, 아릴 또는 아랄킬이고,R3은 탄소 원자수 2 내지 10의 알킬 또는 알콕시로 치환된 알킬, 아릴 또는 아랄킬기이고,a는 1 내지 3이고,b는 0 내지 2이고,a+b는 1, 2 또는 3이다.
