Abstract
본 발명은 셀룰로스계 섬유사(3)와 향균성 금속을 합성수지 필름에 증착하여 가늘고 길게 절단하여 형성한 항균사(21)를 셀룰로스계 섬유사(22)와 꼬아 형성한 연사(2)를 조합하여 종사로 하고, 셀룰로스계 섬유사(4)를 횡사로 하여 이루어진 천을 소재로 하여 식품 랩천(1)을 구성한다.
Description
기원 수세기경부터 은제품에 살균효과가 있는 것은 알려져 있고, 은기(銀器) 등의 식기로서 사용되어 왔다. 이와같은 이온교환가능한 금속의 향균작용을 이용하여 생활환경을 보다 청결하게 하기 위해, 종래부터 다양한 향균제품이 발명되고 있다. 이와같은 발명의 예로서, 특개평 6-297629호 공보에 기재된 항균 천을 들 수 있다.
이 항균 천은 구리 이온 등을 함유하는 무기 항균제를 우레탄 발포수지에 혼입시켜 흡수성을 높인 내층체와, 구리 등의 매우 얇은 금속사를 얽은 면사를 횡사(橫絲)로 하고, 레이온사를 종사(縱絲)로 하는 직물상태의 외층체로 구성되어 있다.
그러나, 상기한 항균 천에는 다음과 같은 문제점이 있었다. 우선, 매우 얇은 금속사를 사용하고 있으므로, 항균 천이 무겁고 단단해지는 문제점이 있었다. 또한, 매우 얇은 금속사가 절단되기 쉬우므로, 세탁을 하여 반복하여 사용할 수 없고, 절단된 금속사에 의해 사용자가 상처를 입기 쉬운 문제점도 있었다.
상기 매우 얇은 금속사는 직물의 종사로서 짜면, 잘리거나 종사의 날실정리와 짜기가 어렵게 되거나, 금속이 가지는 경도에 의해 천 자체가 단단해지는 폐해가 발생하기 쉬우므로, 횡사로서 밖에 사용할 수 없었다. 그러나, 횡사로 사용한 경우에도 고속 제직에 견디지 못 해 생산성이 낮고, 표면이 매우 얇은 금속사로 덮여지므로, 셀룰로스계 섬유사가 가지는 흡수성이 희생되어 방취성이 손상되는 문제점도 있었다.
또한, 항균성 천이 항균효과를 발휘하기 위해서는, 일정 시간 항균 천을 대상물에 계속 접촉시킬 필요가 있는데도 불구하고, 상기한 공보에 있어서는 항균 천으로 식품을 싸기 위한 사용에 대해서도 어떠한 고려도 되어 있지 않다. 이러한 항균 천을 사용하면, 순식간에 효과가 나타난다고 주장하고 있지만, 항균효과를 얻고싶은 부위에 일정 시간 항균 천을 계속 접촉시키지 않으면 효과를 얻을 수 없는 것은 시험 데이터로부터 명백하고, 항균 천이 접촉한 부위에서 닦아낸 수분 혹은 먼지 등에 항균효과를 얻어도 아무런 의의가 없고, 의미가 없다.
그래서, 본 발명은 항균·멸균효과를 충분히 발휘함과 동시에, 항균 천으로서 가볍고 부드러우며 반복 사용이 가능한 실용성을 발휘할 수 있는 식품 랩천을 제공하는 것을 과제로 한다.
본 발명에 관한 식품 랩천은 셀룰로스계 섬유사와 항균성 금속을 합성수지 필름에 증착하여 가늘고 길게 절단하여 형성한 항균사를 셀룰로스계 섬유사와 꼬아 형성한 연사를 조합하여 종사로 하고, 셀룰로스계 섬유사를 횡사로 하여 이루어지는 천을 소재로 하여 구성되어 있다.
본 발명은 생선, 고기, 야채 등의 식품을 직접 포장함으로써 이들 식품의 표면으로부터 배어나오는 수분, 혈액 등을 흡수하여 표면의 건조상태를 양호하게 함과 동시에, 표면에 부착되어 있는 세균 등의 미생물을 멸균하여 식품의 위생상태를 높일 수 있는 식품 랩천에 관한 것이다.
도1은 본 발명에 관한 식품 랩천의 일실시예를 도시하는 외관 사시도이다.
도2는 상기 식품 랩천의 재료인 연사(撚絲:꼰실)의 구성을 도시한 도면이다.
도3은 종사의 구성을 도시한 도면이다.
도4는 상기 종사에 횡사를 짜넣은 상태를 도시하는 모식도이다.
도5는 짜넣어 제조된 원료천의 외관 사시도이다.
도6은 다른 실시예를 도시하는 외관 사시도이다.
이하, 도면에 의거하여 본 발명의 실시형태를 설명한다.
도1은 본 발명에 관한 식품 랩천(1)의 외관을 도시하는 도면이고, 식품 랩천(1)은 그 종사에 항균사(21)와 셀룰로스계 섬유사(22)를 꼰 연사(2)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
항균사(21)는 합성수지 필름에 항균성 금속을 이온 증착법 등에 의해 증착하고, 폭 0.1∼1.0 밀리로 절단하여 제조된 것이다. 여기서, 항균성 금속이란 은, 구리, 아연 등의 이온교환가능한 항균성을 가지는 금속이다. 이 중에서도, 녹이 발생하기 어려운 은의 사용이 최적이다. 또한, 상기 합성수지 필름이란 폴리에스테르, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌 등으로 만들어진 두께 약 10∼100 미크론의 필름이다.
연사(2)는 이 항균사(21)와 셀룰로스계 섬유사(22)를 도2에 도시하는 바와같이 1개당 1개씩 꼬아 제조된다. 여기서, 셀룰로스계 섬유사(22)는 면, 마 등의 천연섬유나 레이온, 아세테이트, 큐프러(cupra), 섬유소 섬유(指定外) 등의 재생 섬유계 인조섬유로 이루어진 실이고, 그 굵기가 5번수에서 100번수의 것이다. 또한 후술하는 셀룰로스계 섬유사(3) 및 (4)는 이 셀룰로스계 섬유사(2)와 같은 것이다.
이 연사(2)는 도3에 도시하는 바와같이, 셀룰로스계 섬유사(3) 간에 등간격이 되도록 종사로서 날실정리된다. 연사(2)와 셀룰로스계 섬유사(3)의 비율은 천의 폭 1인치당 연사(2)는 1∼10개, 셀룰로스계 섬유사(3)는 40∼100개 정도이고, 양쪽 합쳐 110개 정도이다.
날실 정리된 종사는 도4에 도시하는 바와같이, 자동 직기 등에 의해 횡사로서 셀룰로스계 섬유사(4)를 천의 폭 1인치당 약 40∼80개씩 짜넣어 도5에 도시하는 평직 원료천(11)으로서 제조된다. 원료천(11)은 평직 직물 이외에도 소비자의 기호에 따라 사직, 새틴직, 레노(leno)직에 의해 제조된 직물, 또는 트리코(tricot), 라셀(raschel), 밀라니즈(milanese), 횡편, 환편 등에 의해 제조된 편물, 나아가서는 컬 마이어법 등에 의해 제조된 편직물로서 제조된다.
이 원료천(11)을 손수건, 보자기, 타올과 같은 사이즈로 재단하고, 그 재단면을 봉제함으로써 식품 랩천(1)으로서 제조된다.
이와같이 하여 제조된 식품 랩천(1)으로 식품을 직접 덮으므로, 셀룰로스계 섬유사(22), 셀룰로스계 섬유사(3) 및 (4) 부분이 식품표면의 수분을 흡수하여 건조를 촉진시키기 때문에, 미생물의 생육을 억제하여 방취효과가 발생한다. 또한, 식품과 직접 접해 있는 항균사(21)의 항균성 금속 부분이 거기에서 발생되는 이온의 전위차에 의해 항균·멸균효과를 발휘하므로, 식품의 품질유지에 공헌할 수 있다. 또한, 항균사(21)는 미세 금속사와는 달리, 부드럽고, 가벼우며, 절단되지 않으므로, 세탁 등에 의해 반복 사용할 수 있고, 만약 절단되어도 사용자를 다치게 하지 않는다. 또한, 식품 랩천(1)은 항균사(21)를 종사로 사용하고 있으므로, 높은 생산성을 구비하고 있다.
<실시예>
(1) 항균사 및 연사의 제조
두께 30미크론의 폴리에스테르 필름(東洋紡績株式會社 제)에 은 이온을 이온 증착법에 의해 증착하고, 0.5밀리폭으로 가늘고 길게 절단하여 항균사를 제조했다. 또한, 이 항균사를 30번수 레이온사에 1m당 300회 감아 꼬아 연사를 제조했다.
(2) 식품 랩천의 제조
(1)에서 제조한 연사와 30번수 레이온사를 각각 천의 폭 1인치당 7개와 43개가 되도록 5mm간격으로 날실 정리하여 자동 직기의 종사로 했다.
20번수의 섬유소 섬유(指定外)의 실(都築紡績株式會社 제, 상품명 텐셀(등록상표))을 천의 폭 1인치 당 50개가 되도록 자동 직기에 의해 횡사로 짜서 직물을 제조했다.
(3) 항균력 시험
항균력 시험은 섬유제품 위생가공협의회의 가공효과 평가시험방법(살균측정법)을 준용하여, 사단법인 오사카 식품위생협회 식품조사 센터에 의해 행해졌다. 다만, 이 출원에 관한 식품 랩천의 실험시료로서 (2)에서 제조한 직물로부터 잘라낸 0.4g(약 9㎠)의 항균 천을 사용하고, 시험균액의 최종 희석에는 1/20농도의 보통 부용(bouillon)을 사용했다. 또한, 실험대조로서 40번수 면사 100%로 이루어진 거즈 0.4g을 사용했다. 또한, 공시균(供試菌)으로서 이하의 균주를 사용했다.
공시균주 : Escherichia coli O157 : H7(대장균 O157, 大阪府立 공중위생연구소 분여주)
상기 평가시험방법에 의거하여 계수된 접종직후 및 35℃, 18시간 배양후의 잔존균수를 표1에 나타낸다.

표1에서 명백한 바와같이, 같은 수의 공시균을 접종하고, 35℃에서 18시간 배양한 후의 잔존균수를 비교하면, 항균 천의 잔존균수는 실험대조인 면 100% 거즈의 잔존균수의 약 105분의 1로, 충분한 항균효과가 확인되었다.
상기 설명에서 명백한 바와같이, 본 발명에 관한 식품 랩천은 종사에 셀룰로스계 섬유사와 항균성 금속을 합성 수지 필름에 증착하여 가늘고 길게 절단하여 이루어진 항균사를 꼬아 형성한 연사를 사용하고 있으므로, 식품을 직접 덮은 경우에는, 식품과 접해 있는 항균성 금속 부위 및 그 주변부에 있어서, 항균·멸균효과를 발휘한다. 또한, 종사와 횡사에 셀룰로스계 섬유사를 사용하고 있으므로, 식품표면의 수분을 흡수하여 건조를 촉진시키고, 미생물의 생육을 억제하여 방취효과를 발휘한다. 또한, 연사는 매우 얇은 금속사와는 달리, 경량이고 강도와 유연성을 구비하고 있으므로, 이들을 종사로 사용함으로써 식품 랩천으로서의 실용성을 발휘할 수 있게 되었다.

- 셀룰로스계 섬유사와 항균성 금속을 합성수지 필름에 증착하여 가늘고 길게 절단하여 형성한 항균사를 셀룰로스계 섬유사와 꼬아 형성한 연사를 조합하여 종사로 하고, 셀룰로스계 섬유사를 횡사로 하여 이루어진 천을 소재로 하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 랩천.
