本发明公开一种亚麻色纺长麻纱,所述亚麻色纺长麻纱包括防腐蚀材料层和基布层组成,所述基布层是由经纱和纬纱编织而成,所述经纱为蚕蛹蛋白纤维和聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯纤维混合而成,所述纬纱为罗布麻纤维和亚麻纤维混合而成,本发明提供一种亚麻色纺长麻纱,具有低成本、环保、耐磨、保暖或舒适的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种亚麻色纺长麻纱。
背景技术
毛涤织物是指用羊毛和涤纶混纺纱线制成的织物,是当前混纺毛料织物中最普遍的一种。毛涤混纺的常用比例是45:55,既可保持羊毛的优点,又能发挥涤纶的长处,几乎所有的粗、精纺毛织物都有相应的毛涤混纺品种。混纺比例变可根据织物的需要进行调整,如70:30,或80:20等。其中精纺毛涤薄型花呢又称凉爽呢,俗称毛的确凉,是最能反映毛涤混纺特点的织物之一。其有经纬全用双股线的,也有经用双股线,纬用单纱和经纬全用单纱的,通常用20-14TEX(50-70公支)双股线,轻薄的织物用10-8TEX(100-120公支)双股线,织物重约170-190G/平方米。
毛涤薄型花呢与全毛花呢相比,质地轻薄,折皱回复性好,坚牢耐磨易洗快干,褶裥持久,尺寸稳定,不易虫蛀,但手感不及全毛柔软。如用有光涤纶作原料参与混纺,呢面有丝样光泽,若在混纺原料中使用羊绒或驼绒等物种动物毛,则手感较滑嫩。
洗涤说明:先用冷水浸泡15分钟,然后用一般合成洗涤剂洗涤,洗液温度不宜超过摄氏45度,领口、袖口较脏处可用毛刷(软性)刷洗,清洗干净后,可轻拧干,置阴凉通风处晾干,不可爆晒,不宜烘干,以免因熟生皱。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种亚麻色纺长麻纱,具有低成本、环保、耐磨、保暖或舒适的优点。
本发明的技术方案是:一种亚麻色纺长麻纱,所述亚麻色纺长麻纱包括防腐蚀材料层和基布层组成,所述基布层是由经纱和纬纱编织而成,所述经纱为蚕蛹蛋白纤维和聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯纤维混合而成,所述纬纱为罗布麻纤维和亚麻纤维混合而成,所述经纱的密度为150D/36F,所述纬纱的密度为72D/144F,所述经纱占所述基布层的重量比为51%-61%,所述纬纱占所述基布层的重量比为39%-49%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述经纱占所述基布层的重量比为59%,所述纬纱占所述基布层的重量比为41%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防腐蚀材料层包括苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸、山梨酸钾、丙酸钙。
本发明的一种亚麻色纺长麻纱,具有低成本、环保、耐磨、保暖或舒适的优点。

下面结合对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本发明一种亚麻色纺长麻纱,所述亚麻色纺长麻纱包括防腐蚀材料层和基布层组成,所述基布层是由经纱和纬纱编织而成,所述经纱为蚕蛹蛋白纤维和聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯纤维混合而成,所述纬纱为罗布麻纤维和亚麻纤维混合而成,所述经纱的密度为150D/36F,所述纬纱的密度为72D/144F,所述经纱占所述基布层的重量比为51%-61%,所述纬纱占所述基布层的重量比为39%-49%。
进一步说明,所述经纱占所述基布层的重量比为59%,所述纬纱占所述基布层的重量比为41%,所述防腐蚀材料层包括苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸、山梨酸钾、丙酸钙。
进一步说明,蚕蛹蛋白纤维是综合利用生物工程技术、化纤纺丝技术、高分子技术将从蚕蛹中提取的蛋白同天然纤维素按比例共混纺丝,在特定的条件下形成的具有稳定皮芯结构的全新生物质蛋白纤维,其优良动物蛋白质富集于纤维表面,形成纤维皮层,天然植物纤维在内层,形成纤维的芯层。其主要成份是蚕蛹蛋白和天然纤维素(棉、木、竹等),其组份一般为10%-40%的蚕蛹蛋白,60%-90%的天然纤维素。
进一步说明,罗布麻含量为35%以上的保健服饰具有降压、平喘、降血脂等作用,能明显地改善临床症状。罗布麻纤维的降压原理主要有两方面。一方面罗布麻纤维中的有效成分通过机体的皮肤渗透,作用于经络、气血、脏腑及局部病灶,起到调节血压、降血脂、抗过敏、改善人体微循环的作用。另一方面罗布麻纤维是一种远红外线辐射材料,能发射出8~15cm的远红外光波,这种光波使人体内老化的大分子团产生共振而裂化重组,使细胞内钙离子活性增强,从而增强了细胞的活性,提高血液新陈代谢能力,达到降压的效果;这种远红外光波还能切断不饱和脂肪酸的二重键与三重键,减少血管内血脂数量,从而减少动脉硬化等疾病,增强人体免疫能力。罗布麻纤维具有良好的抑菌性,对白色念珠菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌等有明显的抑制作用,对皮肤病、褥疮、湿疹和妇科疾病有较好的防治作用,同时对感冒、慢性支气管炎等疾病也有一定的防治作用。罗布麻纤维是天然的远红外发射材料,远红外线使得罗布麻内衣具有保暖作用,其保暖性在8℃以下是全棉内衣的2倍,21℃以上透气性是纯棉织物的2.5倍,独具“冬暖夏爽”的特性。本发明提供一种防水的面料,具有低成本、环保、耐磨、保暖或舒适的优点。
本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种亚麻色纺长麻纱,其特征在于:所述亚麻色纺长麻纱包括防腐蚀材料层和基布层组成,所述基布层是由经纱和纬纱编织而成,所述经纱为蚕蛹蛋白纤维和聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯纤维混合而成,所述纬纱为罗布麻纤维和亚麻纤维混合而成,所述经纱的密度为150D/36F,所述纬纱的密度为72D/144F,所述经纱占所述基布层的重量比为51%-61%,所述纬纱占所述基布层的重量比为39%-49%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的亚麻色纺长麻纱,其特征在于:所述经纱占所述基布层的重量比为59%,所述纬纱占所述基布层的重量比为41%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的亚麻色纺长麻纱,其特征在于:所述防腐蚀材料层包括苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸、山梨酸钾、丙酸钙。
