Claims (3)
- 엔진의 회전에 동기해서 회전구동되는 캠샤프트와 이 캠샤프트에 설치되어 엔진의 흡기밸브 또는 배기밸브의 개폐타이밍을 작동유 제어에 의해 변화시키는 밸브타이밍 가변용의 액추에이터를 구비하고, 상기 액추에이터가 접동 가능한 플런저와 상기 액추에이터의 하우징에 수납된 로터를 갖고, 상기 로터와 상기 플런저가 계합공에 의해 계합하고, 엔진정지시에는 상기 플런저를 스프링의 작동력으로 상기 계합공에 진입계합시켜 엔진시동시에는 상기 계합공에 공급된 작동유로 상기 플런저를 상기 계합공으로부터 밀어내어 하우징과 로터의 록을 해제하도록 한 유압식 밸브타이밍 조절장치에서 상기 계합공 및 상기 플런저가 상기 플런저의 진행방향으로 평행한면을 갖고, 양쪽이 계합가능하고 계합했을때의 클리어런스가 0.17mm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 밸브타이밍 조절장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 플런저의 진행방향이 캠샤프트에 평행인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 밸브타이밍 조절장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 플런저가 상기 하우징에 설치되고 상기 계합공이 상기 로터내에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 밸브타이밍 조절장치.
