Claims (12)
- (1) 순수 실리카 골격으로 이루어진 중형기공성 분자체 물질의 기공내에 존재하는계면활성제를 유기용매-산 혼합 용액을 이용하여 세척하거나 또는 공기 또는 산소등의 기체 분위기 하에서 소성처리하여 제거하는 단계; (2) 금속 전구체를 유기 용매에 용해시키는 단계; (3) 상기 (1) 단계후의 중형기공성 분자체 물질을 상기 (2)단계의 혼합 용액에서 교반하는 단계; (4) 상기 (3)단계후의 중형기공성 분자체 물질을 여과, 세척 및 건조시키는 단계; 및 (5) 상기 (4) 단계후의 중형기공성 분자체 물질을 소성처리시키는 단계로 구성된 골격구조내에 금속원소가 치환된 중형기공성 분자체 물질의 제조 방법
- 제 1항에 있어서, 사용되는 중형기공성 분자체 물질가 실란올기를 함유하는 다양한 종류의 중형기공성 분자체 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 골격구조내에 금속원소가 치환된 중형기공성 분자체 물질의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 용매-산 혼합 용액이 에탄올, 메탄올 및 아세톤 중 하나 또는 둘이상의 유기용매와 염산, 질산 및 황산 중 하나 또는 둘이상의 산을 혼합하여 제조한 것을 특징으로 하는 골격구조내에 금속원소가 치환된 중형기공성 분자체 물질의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 혼합용액이 유기용매 1L에 산이 0.1 내지 2몰이며, 그 사용양은 중형기공성 분자체 물질 1g당 10 내지 50mL인 것을 특징으로 하는 골격구조내에 금속원소가 치환된 중형기공성 분자체 물질의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 금속전구체가 에탄올, 메탄올 또는 다른 유기 용매에 용해될 수 있는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 골격구조내에 금속원소가 치환된 중형기공성 분자체 물질의 제조 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 금속전구체가 AlCl3, Al(NO3)3, 알미늄 이소프로폭사이드(aluminum isopropoxide), SnCl2, Zn 아세테이트(acetate), Mn 아세테이트, Fe 아세테이트 또는 티타늄 이소프로폭사이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 골격구조내에 금속원소가 치환된 중형기공성 분자체 물질의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 (2)단계의 용해된 금속전구체 용액의 사용양이 중형기공성 분자체 물질 1g 당 20 내지 100mL인 것을 특징으로 하는 골격구조내에 금속원소가 치환된 중형기공성 분자체 물질의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 전구체를 용해시킬 수 있는 유기용매에는 물이 포함되어 있지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 골격구조내에 금속원소가 치환된 중형기공성 분자체 물질의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 (3)단계에서 1 내지 12시간 동안 상온 또는 환류 조건 하에서 교반하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골격구조내에 금속원소가 치환된 중형기공성 분자체 물질의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 (5)단계의 소성조건이 공기 또는 산소 등의 기체 분위기 또는 진공하에서 500 내지 600℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 골격구조내에 금속원소가 치환된 중형기공성 분자체 물질의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 (1)단계의 소성조건이 500 내지 600℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 골격구조내에 금속원소가 치환된 중형기공성 분자체 물질의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 11항중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 제조되어 다양한 금속원소가 골격내에 치환된 중형기공성 분자체 물질.
