Claims (6)
- 내연기관의 배기통로에 설치되며, 공연비가 린(lean)일때에는 질소 산화물을 흡장하며, 공연비가 리치(rich)일때에는 흡장된 질소 산화물을 환원하여 방출하는 질소 산화물 흡장 환원촉매와,상기 질소 산화물 흡장 환원촉매에 흡장된 질소 산화물을 환원하여 방출하는 경우에는, 상기 내연기관의 연소실내에 도입되는 혼합기의 공연비를 리치로 하는 리치 스파이크 제어수단을 구비한 내연기관의 배기 정화장치에 있어서,상기 내연기관의 운전상태의 안정도를 판단하는 상태 안정도 판단수단과,상기 상태 안정도 판단수단에 의해 상기 내연기관의 운전상태가 안정되어 있다고 판단된 때에, 상기 리치 스파이크 제어수단에 의해 제어를 허용하는 리치 스파이크 제어허용 수단을 설치하는 것을 특징으로하는 내연기관의 배기 정화장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 내연기관의 연소상태를 변환하는 연소상태 변환수단을 설치함과 동시에, 상기 연소상태 변환수단에 의해 상기 내연기관의 연소상태가 변환된때에는, 상기 상태 안정도 판단수단은, 상기 내연기관의 운전상태가 안정되어 있지 않은 것으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 상태 안정도 판단수단은, 상기 연소상태 변환수단에 의해 상기 내연기관의 연소상태가 변환된후 소정시간 경과후에 상기 내연기관의 운전상태가 안정되어 있다고 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화장치.
- 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 연소상태 변환수단은, 적어도 성층연소와 균질연소와의 사이에서 상기 내연기관의 연소상태를 변환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 내연기관의 연소실로의 흡입 공기량의 변화를 검출하는 흡입 공기량 변화 검출수단을 설치함과 동시에, 상기 흡입 공기량 변화 검출수단에 의해 흡입 공기량의 소정이상의 변화가 검출된때에는, 상기 상태 안정도 판단수단은, 상기 내연기관의 운전상태가 안정되어 있지않은 것이라고 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 흡입 공기량 변화 검출수단은, 상기 내연기관의 연소실로의 흡입 공기량을 변경시기키 위한 엑추에이터의 동작상태에 근거하며, 흡입 공기량의 변화를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화장치.
