Claims (6)
- 프로필렌과 부텐-1 또는 프로필렌, 부텐-1 및 에틸렌을 지글러 나타 촉매(Zieglar Natta catalyst)의 존재하에 실질적으로 불활성 용매의 부재하에 공중합시키는 제1단계에 의해 생성된, 프로필렌-부텐-1 또는 에틸렌 함량이 3중량% 이하이고 부텐-1 함량이 3 내지 25중량%인 에틸렌-프로필렌-부텐-1 공중합체 부분(성분(A)) 40 내지 85중량%와 프로필렌과 부텐-1 또는 프로필렌, 부텐-1 및 에틸렌을 제1단계에서 증기상으로 제조한 촉매를 함유하는 중합체의 존재하에 공중합시키는 제2단계에 의해 생성된, 프로필렌-부텐-1 또는 에틸렌 함량이 17중량% 이하이고 부텐-1 함량이 3 내지 35중량%인 에틸렌-프로필렌-부텐-1 공중합체 부분(성분(B)) 15 내지 60중량%로 필수적으로 이루어지고, 성분(B)의 고유 점도([η]B)가 1.5 내지 5㎗/g의 범위이고 성분(A)의 고유 점도([η]A)에 대한 성분(B)의 고유 점도([η]B)의 비([η]B/[η]A)가 0.5 내지 1.8이며, 20℃에서의 크실렌 가용성 부분(CXS 부분)을 제외한 부분(CXIS 부분)의 용융 온도가 130 내지 155℃이며, 압출 공정에 의해 형성된 두께 150μm의 프로필렌 블록 공중합체 필름을 110℃에서 1시간 동안 처리하기 전과 처리한 후의 헤이즈(haze) 투명도의 차이가 8% 이하인, CXS 부분 5중량% 이상과 CXIS 부분으로 이루어진 프로필렌 블록 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)의 부텐-1 함량이 6 내지 20중량%인 프로필렌 블록 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(B)의 고유 점도([η]B)가 2.5 내지 4.0㎗/g의 범위이고 성분(A)의 고유 점도([η]A)에 대한 성분(B)의 고유 점도([η]B)의 비([η]B/[η]A)가 0.8 내지 1.5인 프로필렌 블록 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수학식 1과 2를 충족시키는 프로필렌 블록 공중합체.수학식 13≤CBE-CAE≤15수학식 2CAB-5≤CBB≤CAB+10위의 수학식 1과 2에서,CBE(중량%)와 CBB(중량%)는 각각 성분(B)의 에틸렌 함량과 부텐-1 함량이고,CAE(중량%)와 CAB(중량%)는 각각 성분(A)의 에틸렌 함량과 부텐-1 함량이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분자량이 26,000 이하인 20℃에서의 크실렌 가용성 부분의 함량이 6중량% 이하인 프로필렌 블록 공중합체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 분자량이 26,000 이하인 20℃에서의 크실렌 가용성 부분의 함량이 3.5중량% 이하인 프로필렌 블록 공중합체.
