Claims (6)
- 벌크 중합 반응으로 프로필렌 78 내지 99 중량%, 에틸렌 0.5 내지 7 중량%, 및 1-부텐 0.5 내지 15 중량%가 공중합된 제 1 공중합체를 형성하는 단계;기상 중합 반응으로 프로필렌 40 내지 90 중량%, 에틸렌 5 내지 30 중량%, 및 1-부텐 5 내지 30 중량%가 공중합된 제 2 공중합체를 형성하는 단계; 및상기 제 1 공중합체 70 내지 95 중량%와 제 2 공중합체 5 내지 30 중량%를 블록 공중합하는 단계를 포함하는 블록 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 공중합체의 형성 단계 및 블록 공중합 단계는 동시에 진행되는 블록 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 공중합체의 형성 단계는 2 개 이상의 연속된 벌크 반응기(bulk reactor)에서 진행되는 블록 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 공중합체의 형성 단계는 [에틸렌/(에틸렌+프로필렌+1-부텐)]의 몰비가 0.1 내지 0.5가 되도록 투입하는 블록 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 공중합체의 고유점도(Intrinsic Viscosity)에 대한 제 2 공중합체의 고유점도 비는 0.5 내지 1.2인 블록 공중합체의 제조방법.
