Claims (11)
- A) 방향족 폴리카보네이트 5 내지 95 중량부,B) 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, 아크릴로니트릴, N-치환 말레이미드 또는 이들의 혼합물의 1종 이상의 열가소성 단독 중합체, 공중합체 또는 3원 공중합체 1 내지 50 중량부,C) C1) 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, 아크릴로니트릴, N-치환 말레이미드 또는 이들의 혼합물 5 내지 90 중량부를C2) 유리전이온도 ≤ 0℃ 인 고무 95 내지 10 중량부상에 중합시킨 1종 이상의 그래프트 중합체 1 내지 50 중량부 및D) 난연제, 윤활제, 대전방지제, 이형제 또는 이들의 혼합물군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 첨가제 1 내지 25 중량부(A+B+C 100중량부에 대하여)를 함유하며, 성분 B)가 괴상중합, 용액중합, 또는 현탁중합에 의해 생성되고 ≤ 1 wt.%의 올리고머(이량체, 삼량체, 사량체) 함량을 가지며, 성분 C)는 유화중합에 의해 생성되고 성형조성물의 총 올리고머 함량이 ≤ 0.6 wt.%인 열가소성 폴리카보네이트/그래프트 중합체 성형조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,A) 방향족 폴리카보네이트 10 내지 90 중량부,B) 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, 아크릴로니트릴, N-치환 말레이미드 또는 이들의 혼합물의 1종 이상의 열가소성 단독 중합체, 공중합체 또는 3원 공중합체 1 내지 40 중량부,C) C1) 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, 아크릴로니트릴, N-치환 말레이미드 또는 이들의 혼합물 30 내지 80 중량부를C2) 유리전이온도 ≤ 0℃ 인 고무 70 내지 20 중량부상에 중합시킨 1종 이상의 그래프트 중합체 2 내지 40 중량부 및D) 난연제, 윤활제, 대전방지제, 이형제 또는 이들의 혼합물군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 첨가제 2 내지 20 중량부(A+B+C 100중량부에 대하여)를 함유하며, 성분 B)가 괴상중합, 용액중합, 또는 현탁중합에 의해 생성되고 ≤ 0.75 wt.%의 올리고머(이량체, 삼량체, 사량체) 함량을 가지며, 성분 C)는 유화중합에 의해 생성되고 성형조성물의 총 올리고머 함량이 ≤ 0.4 wt.%인 열가소성 폴리카보네이트-ABS 성형조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, 아크릴로니트릴, N-치환 말레이미드 또는 이들의 혼합물의 공중합체가 성분 B)로 사용된 열가소성 성형조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 고무가 디엔 고무, 아크릴레이트 고무, 실리콘 고무, 또는 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 고무인 성형조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, D)로서 무할로겐 난연제를 함유하는 열가소성 성형조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 난연제 D)로서 화학식 (3)의 인 화합물을 함유하는 열가소성 성형조성물.화학식 3[식중,R12, R13및 R14는, 각각 독립적으로, C1-C8알킬, 또는 임의로 할로겐화 된 C5또는 C6시클로알킬, 또는 임의로 알킬화 또는 아랄킬화된 C6-C30아릴이며, n 및 m은 각각 독립적으로 0 또는 1이다.]
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, D)로서 화학식 (4)의 인 화합물을 함유하는 성형조성물.화학식 4[식중,R15, R16R17및 R18는, 각각 독립적으로, C1-C8알킬, C5-C6시클로알킬, C6-C10아릴, 또는 C7-C12아랄킬을 나타내며,n은 독립적으로 0 또는 1을 나타내고,N은 1 내지 5, 혼합물의 경우에는 평균값 1 내지 5를 나타내며X는 6 내지 30개의 탄소원자를 가진 단핵 또는 다핵방향족군을 나타낸다.]
- 제 6항에 있어서, 성분 D)로서 트리페닐 인산염을 함유하는 성형조성물.
- 제 6항 또는 제 7항에 있어서, 성분 D)로서 화학식 (3)의 인 화합물 및 화학식 (4)의 인 화합물의 혼합물을 함유하는 성형조성물.
- 사출성형에 의한 성형품을 제조하기 위한 제 1항의 열가소성 성형조성물의 용도.
- 고광택 성형품을 제조하기 위한 제 1항 내지 제 9항의 열가소성 성형조성물의 용도.
