- 생당근을 고압 블랜칭한 후 고압살균을 처리함을 특징으로 하여 당근 쥬스를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고압 블랜칭의 조건을 압력 4000 내지 8000 기압, 온도 30 내지 60℃로 조절함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고압 살균의 조건을 압력 4000 내지 8000 기압, 온도 0 내지 70℃로 조절함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
