Claims (4)
- 하기의 화학식 1로 나타내어지는 바륨 마그네슘 알루미네이트 청색 형광체.화학식 1상기 식에서 0.1≤a≤2.4, 0.1≤b≤5, 8≤c≤64, 0.1≤d≤4, 50ppm≤e≤2000ppm의 범위이다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 e는 50ppm≤e≤1500ppm인 청색 형광체.
- 모체로 바륨을 포함하는 화합물, 마그네슘을 포함하는 화합물 및 산화 알루미늄을 사용하고 부활제로서 산화 유로피움을 사용하고 융제로서 불소 화합물을 사용하는 공정을 포함하는 바륨 마그네슘 알루미네이트 청색 형광체의 제조 방법에 있어서,부가적으로 텔비움을 포함하는 화합물이 더욱 투입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청색 형광체의 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 텔비움을 포함하는 화합물은 텔비움 산화물, 텔비움 탄산염, 텔비움 질산염, 텔비움 황산염으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되어지는 청색 형광체의 제조방법.
