도 2는 본 발명에 따른 광학 필름의 반송 방법에 이용하는 롤의 구성의 일례를 나타내는 도면이다.

Claims (8)
- 한쌍의 롤로 구성되는 닙 롤을 포함하는 반송 경로를 따라 광학 필름을 반송하는 방법으로서,
상기 광학 필름은 접착제 또는 점착제를 통해 복수의 필름을 접합한 적층 광학 필름이고,
상기 광학 필름이 상기 한쌍의 롤 사이를 통과할 때에, 상기 광학 필름의 폭 방향 단부에 가해지는 압력은, 상기 광학 필름의 폭 방향 중앙부에 가해지는 압력보다 작고,
상기 한쌍의 롤 중 적어도 하나는, 일정 직경을 갖는 제1 롤부와, 상기 제1 롤부의 양단부이면서, 상기 광학 필름의 폭 방향 단부에 대응하는 영역에 배치되고, 상기 제1 롤부보다 직경이 작은 제2 롤부를 포함하고,
제2 롤부의 롤 축 방향을 따른 길이는, 반송되는 광학 필름의 폭 방향 단부의 폭보다 길며, 여기서 폭 방향 단부의 폭은, 웨이브나 컬의 요철이 존재하는 상태에 있어서의, 폭 방향 단부의 폭 방향을 따른 거리인 것인, 광학 필름의 반송 방법. - 삭제

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 한쌍의 롤 중 적어도 하나는, 상기 광학 필름의 폭 방향 단부에 대응하는 영역에 있어서 존재하지 않는, 광학 필름의 반송 방법. - 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
상기 한쌍의 롤 중 한쪽의 롤은, 20°이상 160°이하의 포위각을 갖도록 상기 광학 필름을 반송하는, 광학 필름의 반송 방법. - 한쌍의 롤로 구성되는 닙 롤을 포함하는 반송 경로를 따라 원료 필름을 반송시키는 반송 공정과,
반송된 원료 필름을 이용하여 편광판을 제조하는 제조 공정을 포함하고,
상기 원료 필름은, 편광자의 편면 또는 양면에, 접착제층을 통해 보호 필름이 접합된 적층 필름이고,
상기 원료 필름이 상기 한쌍의 롤 사이를 통과할 때에, 상기 원료 필름의 폭 방향 단부에 가해지는 압력은, 상기 원료 필름의 폭 방향 중앙부에 가해지는 압력보다 작으며,
상기 한쌍의 롤 중 적어도 하나는, 일정 직경을 갖는 제1 롤부와, 상기 제1 롤부의 양단부이면서, 상기 원료 필름의 폭 방향 단부에 대응하는 영역에 배치되고, 상기 제1 롤부보다 직경이 작은 제2 롤부를 포함하고,
제2 롤부의 롤 축 방향을 따른 길이는, 반송되는 원료 필름의 폭 방향 단부의 폭보다 길며, 여기서 폭 방향 단부의 폭은, 웨이브나 컬의 요철이 존재하는 상태에 있어서의, 폭 방향 단부의 폭 방향을 따른 거리인 것인, 편광판의 제조 방법. - 원료 필름을 이용하여 편광판을 제조하는 제조 공정과,
한쌍의 롤로 구성되는 닙 롤을 포함하는 반송 경로를 따라 편광판을 반송시키는 반송 공정을 포함하고,
상기 원료 필름은, 편광자의 편면 또는 양면에, 접착제층을 통해 보호 필름이 접합된 적층 필름이고,
상기 편광판이 상기 한쌍의 롤 사이를 통과할 때에, 상기 편광판의 폭 방향 단부에 가해지는 압력은, 상기 편광판의 폭 방향 중앙부에 가해지는 압력보다 작으며,
