도 2는 후술하는 실시예에 있어서, 자외선 광원으로서 이용한 메탈 할라이드 램프의 발광 스펙트럼(곡선 A), 동일하게 파장 400 nm 이상인 광의 커트에 이용한 파장 필터의 투과율 스펙트럼(곡선 B)을 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (3)
- 장척상의 폴리비닐알코올계 수지를 포함하는 편광 필름에 자외선 경화형 접착제를 통해 장척상의 투명 수지 필름을 접합한 후, 얻어지는 적층체를 냉각 롤의 외주면에 밀착시키고, 상기 적층체의 상기 냉각 롤과는 반대측으로부터 자외선을 조사해서 상기 접착제를 경화시켜, 편광판을 제조하는 방법으로서,
자외선 조사 장치로부터 발해지는 광을, 400 nm 이상인 파장의 광을 커트할 수 있는 파장 필터에 통과시켜, 400 nm 이상인 파장의 광을 실질적으로 차단하여, 실질적으로 400 nm 이하인 파장만으로 이루어지는 자외선을 조사하여 상기 접착제를 경화시키고,
상기 파장 필터는 파장이 250 nm 내지 400 nm 사이에 있는 광의 투과율의 평균값이 80 % 이상이고, 또한 400 nm 내지 500 nm까지의 범위에 있는 광의 투과율의 평균값이 5 % 미만이고,
상기 실질적으로 400 nm 이하인 파장만으로 이루어지는 자외선의 적산 광량이 510 내지 2,000 mJ/㎠이고,
라인 속도가 20 내지 50 m/분인 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 편광 필름의 양면에 각각 상기 접착제를 통해 투명 수지 필름을 접합하고, 한쪽의 투명 수지 필름측으로부터 상기 자외선의 조사를 행하는 편광판의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 편광 필름 및 2 매의 투명 수지 필름을 각각 장척상으로 연속적으로 반송하고, 상기 편광 필름의 양면에 각각 상기 접착제를 통해 상기 투명 수지 필름을 접합하고, 얻어지는 적층체의 한쪽의 투명 수지 필름측을 상기 냉각 롤의 외주면에 둘러 감아서 밀착시키고, 다른 쪽의 투명 수지 필름측으로부터 상기 자외선의 조사를 행하는 편광판의 제조 방법.
