Claims (9)
- 다슬기를 주원료로 하는 건강보조식품으로, 상기 건강보조식품 전체 100 중량부를 기준으로,
다슬기 70 내지 90 중량부;
헛개나무 1 내지 10 중량부;
지치추출물, 당광나무추출물, 모자반추출물 및 조릿대추출물 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 복수 개의 식물추출물 1 내지 5 중량부; 및
잔량의 물;
을 포함하며, 상기 식물추출물은,
택사추출물, 금은화추출물, 연꽃추출물 및 육종용추출물 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 복수 개의 온성추출물;
겨우살이나무추출물, 후박나무추출물 및 벌나무추출물 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 복수 개의 제1추출물;
진피추출물, 사상자추출물 및 백출추출물 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 복수 개의 제2추출물;
구기자추출물, 홍삼추출물, 도라지추출물 및 민들레추출물 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 복수 개의 제3추출물;
만가닥버섯추출물, 상황버섯추출물, 덕다리버섯추출물 및 꽃송이버섯추출물 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 복수 개의 버섯추출물; 및
오디농축액, 계피농축액, 대추농축액 및 산수유농축액 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 복수 개를 포함하는 농축액;
을 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다슬기를 주원료로 하는 건강보조식품.

- 제1항의 다슬기를 주원료로 하는 건강보조식품을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,
다슬기, 헛개나무 및 식물추출물을 준비하는 준비단계(S10);
상기 준비단계(S10)에서 준비된 다슬기를 물에 넣고 가열하여 다슬기육수를 제조하는 가열단계(S20);
상기 가열단계(S20) 이후, 가열된 다슬기의 껍질을 제거하는 껍질제거단계(S30);
상기 껍질제거단계(S30) 이후, 껍질이 제거된 다슬기몸체와 상기 가열단계(S20)에서 제조된 다슬기육수 및 상기 준비단계(S10)에서 준비된 헛개나무, 식물추출물을 혼합한 후, 가열하여 엑기스를 제조하는 농축단계(S40);
상기 농축단계(S40)이후, 상기 엑기스의 이물질을 제거하는 이물질제거단계(S50); 및
상기 이물질제거단계(S50) 이후, 엑기스를 건조하여 분말형태로 제조하는 완성단계(S60);
를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다슬기를 주원료로 하는 건강보조식품 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 가열단계(S20)는,
물 100중량부에 대하여 다슬기 20 내지 40 중량부를 혼합한 후, 2 내지 8시간 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다슬기를 주원료로 하는 건강보조식품 제조방법.
