Claims (6)
- Cr를 0.10 ∼ 0.50 질량%와, Mg를 0.01 ∼ 0.50 질량% 포함하고, Zr, Ti 중의 적어도 1종을 합계로 0.00 ∼ 0.20 질량% 함유하는 제 1 첨가 원소군, 및 Zn, Fe, Sn, Ag, Si, Ni 중의 적어도 1종을 합계로 0.00 ∼ 0.50 질량% 함유하는 제 2 첨가 원소군으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종을 함유하고, 잔부가 Cu와 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 구리 합금 판재로서(단, 상기 Zr, Ti 중의 적어도 1종, 및 Zn, Fe, Sn, Ag, Si, Ni 중의 적어도 1종으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종은, 어느 1종 이상을 함유시켜도 좋고, 1종도 함유시키지 않아도 좋다.),
판의 폭 방향 TD에 수직인 단면에 있어서, 가공 조직과, 결정입경이 30㎛ 이하의 재결정 조직으로 이루어지고, 입경이 30㎛ 이하의 상기 결정립이 30 ∼ 70%의 면적률을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구리 합금 판재. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
Zr, Ti 중의 적어도 1종을 합계로 0.01 ∼ 0.20 질량% 함유하는 제 1 첨가 원소군, 및 Zn, Fe, Sn, Ag, Si, Ni 중의 적어도 1종을 합계로 0.01 ∼ 0.50 질량% 함유하는 제 2 첨가 원소군으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 함유하는, 구리 합금 판재. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
재료 표면에의 초기 부하 응력을 0.2% 내력(耐力)의 80%로 하고, 150℃ 중에서 1000시간 방치했을 때의 응력 완화율이 20% 이하이며,
90°W 굽혔을 때에 R/t가 1.0으로 균열이 발생하지 않는, 구리 합금 판재. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
도전율이 60%IACS 이상인, 구리 합금 판재. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 구리 합금 판재의 제조 방법으로서,
(a) 구리 합금 판재에 상당하는 합금 소재의 용해 주조
(b) 850 ∼ 1050℃에서 균질 가열 처리
(c) 750℃ 이상에서 열간 가공을 행하고, 열간 가공을 끝낸 후, 700℃까지 1.3 ∼ 1.6℃/초로 냉각
(d) 90% 이하의 가공률로 냉간 가공
(e) 350 ∼ 650℃에서 10분 ∼ 24시간의 열처리 후, 냉각 속도 2℃/분 이하로 300℃까지 냉각,
(f) 50% 이하의 가공률로 마무리 가공
(g) 250 ∼ 650℃에서 5초 ∼ 10시간의 응력 제거 소둔(stress-relief annealing)
을, 이 순서로 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구리 합금 판재의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 구리 합금 판재로 이루어지는 전기전자 부품.
