Claims (14)
- 기재를, i) 표면 효과를 제공하는 작용제, 및 ii)
(i) (a) 아이소시아네이트, 다이아이소시아네이트, 폴리아이소시아네이트, 또는 그의 혼합물로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 아이소시아네이트 기-함유 화합물, 및 (b) 하기 화학식 (Ia), (Ib), 또는 그의 혼합물로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 아이소시아네이트-반응성 화합물을 반응시킴으로써 제조된 화합물을 포함하는, 미반응 아이소시아네이트기를 갖지 않는 중합체 증량제 조성물(polymer extender composition)을 포함하는 수성 조성물과 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는 기재의 처리 방법.
[여기서, 각각의 R은 독립적으로 -H; -R1; -C(O)R1; -(CH2CH2O)n(CH(CH3)CH2O)mR2; 또는 -(CH2CH2O)n(CH(CH3)CH2O)mC(O)R1이고;
각각의 n은 독립적으로 0 내지 20이고;
각각의 m은 독립적으로 0 내지 20이고;

각각의 R3은 독립적으로 -H; -R1; -C(O)R1; -(CH2CH2O)n'(CH(CH3)CH2O)m'R2; 또는 -(CH2CH2O)n'(CH(CH3)CH2O)m'C(O)R1이고;

표면 효과는 다림질 불필요성(no iron), 다림질 용이성(easy to iron), 수축 제어, 주름 방지, 퍼머넌트 프레스(permanent press), 습기 제어, 연성, 미끄럼 방지, 정전기 방지, 스내그 방지(anti-snag), 필 방지(anti-pill), 얼룩 반발(stain repellency), 얼룩 방출, 오염물 반발(soil repellency), 오염물 방출(soil release), 발수, 발유, 냄새 제어(odor control), 항미생물 또는 일광 차단(sun protection)으로부터 선택되고,
작용제는 비-플루오르화된(non-fluorinated) 양이온성 아크릴 중합체, 비-플루오르화된 음이온성 아크릴 중합체, 비-플루오르화된 비이온성 아크릴 중합체, 부분적으로 플루오르화된 우레탄, 양이온성의 부분적으로 플루오르화된 아크릴 중합체 또는 공중합체, 비이온성의 부분적으로 플루오르화된 아크릴 중합체 또는 공중합체, 부분적으로 플루오르화된 아크릴아미드 중합체 또는 공중합체, 실리콘 및 파라핀으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택됨] - 제1항에 있어서, 화학식 (Ia), (Ib)의 화합물이 적어도 50 중량%가 생물 기반(bio-based)에서 유래된 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 (i)이 (c) 물, 하기 화학식 (IIIa)의 적어도 하나의 유기 화합물, 하기 화학식 (IIIb)의 적어도 하나의 유기 화합물 또는 그의 혼합물로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 제2 화합물을 반응시키는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 증량제 조성물 대 작용제의 중량비율이 1:10 내지 10:1인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조성물이 블로킹된 아이소시아네이트를 추가로 포함하는 것인 방법.

(i) (a) 아이소시아네이트, 다이아이소시아네이트, 폴리아이소시아네이트, 또는 그의 혼합물로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 아이소시아네이트 기-함유 화합물, 및 (b) 하기 화학식 (Ia), (Ib), 또는 그의 혼합물로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 아이소시아네이트-반응성 화합물을 반응시킴으로써 제조된 화합물을 포함하는, 미반응 아이소시아네이트기를 갖지 않는 중합체 증량제 조성물을 포함하는, 기재를 처리하기 위한 수성 조성물.
