Claims (5)
- 육방정계 구조를 갖는 마그네토플럼바이트상을 주상으로 하고, 주상을 구성하는 원소가 하기 화학식 1의 조성을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 자성재료를 소결시켜 얻어지며,
이방성 자계(HA)가 26 kOe 이상 및 최대자기에너지적((BH)max)이 5.5 MGOe 이상인, 페라이트 소결자석:

상기 식에서,
0.33 ≤ y ≤ 0.39 이고,
0.25 ≤ m ≤ 0.29 이고,
0.015 ≤ x'≤ 0.019 이고,
0.44 ≤ 1-x-x'-y ≤ 0.50 이고,
0.088 ≤ x'/(x+x') ≤ 0.112 이고,
9.0 ≤ 2n ≤ 10.0 이다. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 y 값이 0.35 ≤ y ≤ 0.39 인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 소결자석. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 1-x-x'-y 값이 0.46 ≤ 1-x-x'-y ≤ 0.48 인 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 소결자석. - 삭제
