본 발명자들의 실험 결과는 본 발명 상기 "Ginactive Ferm" 혼합물의 특징은 냉풍 재배 인삼 지상부의 열수추출물의 대표 진세노이드를 F1, F2로 지하부를 L.plantarum 균주 발효추출물의 대표 진세노사이드를 컴파운드 K와 Rg3인 점을 감안하여 MMP-1 mRNA 발현 실험을 실시하였다. 실험 결과는 도 5와 같았다. 이는 UV-B에 의한 피부세포의 산화스트레스 증가는 matrix metalloprotease(MMP) 발현을 가속시켜 피부 콜라겐 감소로 인한 피부노화를 억제하는 것을 나타났다. 섬유아세포에 Ginactive Ferm 2%를 처리한 결과 90%이상의 피부 보호효과를 나타냈으므로 주름개선 효과가 있음이 확인되었다.Experimental results of the present inventors of the present invention are the characteristics of the "Ginactive Ferm" mixture of the present invention.
