Abstract
플렉소 인쇄판(16)은, 인쇄면(13)을, 거칠기 곡선의 제곱 평균 제곱근 경사(RΔq)가 0.9 이상이고 3.0 이하이며, 비표면적이 2.8 이상이고 4.9 이하가 되도록 조면화했다. 플렉소 인쇄판의 제조 방법에서는, 인쇄면(13)의 기초가 되는 부형면(3) 상에 감광성 수지 조성물의 층(8)을 형성하고, 활성 광선을 조사하여 감광성 수지 조성물의 층을 경화 반응시킨다.

도 2의 (a)∼(c)는, 플렉소 인쇄판의 제조 공정을 설명하는 단면도이다.
도 3의 (a)∼(c)는, 도 2의 제조 방법에 계속되는 공정을 설명하는 단면도이다.
도 4의 (a), (b)는, 평판형의 지지 기판의 표면에 조면화 시트를 착탈 가능하게 고정시키는 방법의 일례를 설명하는 단면도이다.
Claims (6)
- 평판형으로 형성되고, 편면이 인쇄면으로 된 플렉소 인쇄판으로서,
상기 인쇄면은 조면화(粗面化)되어 있는 동시에,
거칠기 곡선의 제곱 평균 제곱근 경사(RΔq)가 0.9 이상이고 3.0 이하이며,
비표면적이 2.8 이상이고 4.9 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉소 인쇄판. - 제1항에 기재된 플렉소 인쇄판의 제조 방법으로서,
활성 광선에 대하여 투과성을 갖는 재료로 이루어지고, 편면이 플렉소 인쇄판의 인쇄면의 형상에 대응한 부형면(賦形面)으로 된 몰드재를 준비하는 공정,
몰드재의 부형면에 감광성 수지 조성물이 접촉하도록, 몰드재의 부형면에 감광성 수지 조성물의 층을 적층하는 공정,
몰드재를 통과시켜 활성 광선을 조사하여, 감광성 수지 조성물층을 경화 반응에 의해 경화시키는 공정,
경화된 감광성 수지 조성물층을 몰드재의 부형면으로부터 박리하는 공정, 및
박리한 감광성 수지 조성물층을 플렉소 인쇄판으로 하는 공정
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉소 인쇄판의 제조 방법. - 제2항에 있어서, 플렉소 인쇄판으로 하는 공정은, 감광성 수지 조성물층의 몰드재의 부형면으로부터 박리된 면(부형면과 접촉하고 있었던 면)을 조면화된 인쇄면으로 하고, 인쇄 패턴에 대응하는 영역 이외의 인쇄면의 조면을 기계적 또는 열적으로 제거하는 공정을 포함하는 플렉소 인쇄판의 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 몰드재를 준비하는 공정은,
경질 재료로 이루어지고, 활성 광선에 대한 투과성을 갖는 지지 기판을 준비하는 공정과,
지지 기판의 표면에, 몰드재의 부형면과는 반대측인 면을 접촉시켜 고정시키는 공정
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉소 인쇄판의 제조 방법. - 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 감광성 수지 조성물로서, 프리폴리머, 적어도 1종의 에틸렌성 불포화기를 갖는 모노머 및 광중합 개시제를 포함하는 조성물을 이용하는 플렉소 인쇄판의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 기재된 플렉소 인쇄판을 이용하여, 플렉소 인쇄에 의해, 액정 패널용의 액정 배향막을 형성하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 패널용 기판의 제조 방법.
