도 6 은, 비교예의 평가 결과를 나타내는 도면이다.
Claims (17)
- 피산화성 금속, 흡수제 및 물을 함유하는 발열층과,
흡수 시트로 형성되는 보수층이 적층되어 이루어지고,
상기 흡수제의 함유량이 피산화성 금속 100 질량부에 대해 0.3 ∼ 20 질량부이고,
상기 발열층에 있어서, 상기 흡수제의 함유량에 대한 물의 함유량의 질량비 (물/흡수제) 가 0.8 ∼ 13 이고,
상기 보수층에 함유되는 물의 함유량이 상기 보수층의 최대 흡수량의 10 ∼ 45 질량% 인 발열체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 흡수제는, 탄소 성분, 섬유 재료, 흡수성 폴리머 및 흡수성 분체에서 선택되는 1 종 또는 2 종 이상인 발열체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 흡수제는 탄소 성분을 함유하고, 상기 탄소 성분의 함유량이 상기 흡수제의 질량에 대해 90 질량% 이상인 발열체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 흡수제가 탄소 성분을 함유하고, 상기 탄소 성분의 평균 입경이 10 ∼ 200 ㎛ 인 발열체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 발열층이 추가로 증점제를 함유하는 발열체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 보수층이 섬유 재료를 함유하는 것인 발열체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 보수층이 자중의 20 배 이상의 액체를 흡수·유지할 수 있는 흡수성 폴리머를 함유하는 것인 발열체. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 보수층에서 차지하는 흡수성 폴리머의 비율이 건조 상태에서 10 ∼ 70 질량% 인 발열체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 보수층은 건조 상태에서의 평량이 20 ∼ 200 g/㎡ 인 발열체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 보수층의 통기도가 최대 흡수량의 10 ∼ 45 질량% 의 물을 흡수한 상태에서 500 초/100 ㎖ 이하인 발열체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 보수층은, 제 1 흡수 시트와 제 2 흡수 시트로 형성되어 있고,
상기 발열층이 상기 제 1 흡수 시트와 상기 제 2 흡수 시트 사이에 협지되어 있는 발열체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 발열층이 증점제를 함유하고,
증점제의 함유량이 피산화성 금속 100 질량부에 대해 0.05 ∼ 5 질량부인 발열체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 발열층이 증점제를 함유하고,
상기 증점제가 분자량 100 만 이상 5000 만 이하의 다당류계 증점제를 함유하는 발열체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 발열체와,
적어도 일부에 통기성을 갖고, 상기 발열체를 수용하는 주머니체를 구비하는 온열구. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 주머니체가 제 1 주머니체 시트와 제 2 주머니체 시트로 구성되고, 제 1 주머니체 시트의 통기도가 1000 ∼ 50000 초/100 ㎖ 인 온열구. - 제 15 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 주머니체 시트의 통기도가 상기 제 1 주머니체 시트보다 통기성이 낮은 것을 조건으로 하여 5000 ∼ 150000 초/100 ㎖ 인 온열구. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
피산화성 금속의 산화와 함께 수증기를 발생시키는 것인 온열구.
