Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일실시 예에 따른 턴테이블 방식의 광학렌즈 성형장치의 개념도다.
Claims (6)
- 유리전이온도 미만으로 예열된 성형챔버;
좌, 우로 수직 이등분된 한 쌍의 금형으로 이루어지며 상기 한 쌍의 금형 사이에 원재료를 안착시킨 후, 성형온도까지 가열 및 가압하여 광학렌즈를 성형하기 위한 복수 개의 실린더; 및
상기 실린더가 장착되며, 회전각에 따라 장착된 상기 실린더가 상기 성형챔버의 내,외부로 이동되도록 회전시키는 턴테이블을 포함하되,
상기 복수 개의 실린더는 상기 턴테이블의 중심을 기준으로 90°간격의 등각으로 4개가 장착되고, 상기 턴테이블은 스텝모터에 의해 구동되는 것을 특징으로 턴테이블 방식의 광학렌즈 성형장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 성형챔버의 내부는 질소가스 분위기로 이루어지며, 470℃ 미만의 온도로 예열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 턴테이블을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 턴테이블 방식의 광학렌즈 성형장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 원재료는 소정의 두께를 갖는 판형 유리로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 턴테이블 방식의 광학렌즈 성형장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 실린더에는 상기 금형에 안착된 원재료를 성형온도까지 가열하기 위한 가열히터가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 턴테이블 방식의 광학렌즈 성형장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 성형온도는 550℃ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 턴테이블 방식의 광학렌즈 성형장치.
