Abstract
Description
도 2는 도 1에 대한 것과 동일한 방식으로 행하여지며, 캐리어 전처리의 부가적인 공정 단계 ia)를 포함하는 제조 방법을 예시한다.
도 3은 도 2에 대한 것과 동일한 방식으로 행하여지며, 가교결합하여 실리콘 막을 제공한 후, 단계 iii)에서 제2 캐리어(캐리어 2)를 사용하는 부가적인 공정 단계를 포함하는 제조 방법을 예시한다.
도 4는 도 2에 대한 것과 동일한 방식으로 행하여지며, 단계 ii)에서 제조 직후, 단계 iii)에서 실리콘 막이 캐리어로부터 분리되고, 그 자체로 수집되는 제조 방법을 예시한다.
Claims (4)
- 0.1 내지 200 ㎛의 두께, 및 200 cm2의 면적에 걸쳐 ±5%의 두께 정밀도를 가지는 실리콘 박막의 연속 제조 방법으로서,
i) 가교결합성, 용매-함유 또는 무용매 실리콘 조성물(X)을 슬롯 다이(slot die)의 갭을 통하여 이동형 캐리어에 적용하고,
ii) 이어서, 용매가 존재하는 경우, 상기 용매를 상기 캐리어 필름 상에 형성되는 실리콘 층으로부터 제거하고, 상기 실리콘 층을 가교결합시키고,
iii) 상기 가교결합 후, 형성되는 실리콘 막을 상기 캐리어로부터 제거하고, 단,
- 단계 i)에서 상기 슬롯 다이는 상기 캐리어에 대하여 10° 내지 90°의 각도를 이루고;
- 상기 캐리어의 이동 속도는 0.1 내지 1000 m/분이고;
- DIN53019에 따라 측정한 상기 실리콘 조성물(X)의 동적 점도가 100 mPa·s 내지 100 Pa·s인 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 박막의 연속 제조 방법. - 삭제
