Claims (5)
- 식물성 에틸 알코올(Ethyl Alcohol) 30~40중량%, 용해제 0.1~0.2중량% 및 정제수 59.8~69.9중량%를 포함하여 침지 동결 공정에서 2차 냉매로 사용하며, 순간 침지 동결액에 있어서, 상기 용해제는, 키틴질, 식물성 글리세린, 소포제, 효모, 탄산칼슘으로 이루어지고 -30℃ ~ -40℃에서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 순간 침지 동결액. 상기 용해제는 키틴질, 식물성 글리세린, 소포제, 효모, 탄산칼슘은 1:10:3:0.1:3의 중량비율로 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 순간 침지 동결액.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 키틴질은 키토산이고, 상기 효모는 이스트이며, 상기 탄산칼슘은 굴패각 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 순간 침지 동결액
- 순간 침지 동결액의 제조 방법에 있어서,
정제수 650kg을 온도가 40℃~45℃가 되도록 가열한 후, 에틸 알코올 350kg과 혼합 희석 후 키토산 1kg과 굴 패각
분말 3kg과 이스트 100g을 함께 첨가한 후 희석물을 7시간 교반 하면서 완전한 알코올 용해액을 만드는 단계;
상기 교반이 끝나면 알코올 용해액의 정제를 거치면서 키토산, 굴 패각분말, 이스트의 부산물을 완전히 제거하는 단계;
상기 부산물을 제거한 후 식물성 글리세린 10kg을 40℃로 가열하고 소포제 3kg과 혼합 후 알코올 용해액에 희석시키는 단계; 및
상기 희석된 용해액을 정제포나 정제필터를 거치면서 6시간의 교반 과정을 다시 한번 거치는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 순간 침지 동결액 제조방법.
