Claims (14)
- 오존이 용매에 용존된 오존 용액을 유체 분출구로부터 탄소 섬유속으로 향하여 분출시키고, 상기 오존 용액을 탄소 섬유속의 단섬유 사이로 통과시켜 단섬유 표면에 접촉시킴으로써, 탄소 섬유를 오존 용액으로 표면 처리하는 표면 처리 공정을 갖고,
상기 오존 용액이 단섬유 표면에 접촉할 때의 탄소 섬유속의 장력이, 단섬유수 12000개당 0.3kg 이상 1.8kg 이하인,
탄소 섬유의 제조 방법. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 탄소 섬유속을 오존 용액 중에 0.1초 이상 60초 이하 유지하는, 탄소 섬유의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
반송되는 탄소 섬유속의 반송 방향에 대하여 교차하는 방향으로 오존 용액을 분출시키고, 또한 오존 용액의 단위 시간당 분출량을, 유체 분출구 위 또는 유체 분출구 아래를 단위 시간당에 통과하는 탄소 섬유속의 질량에 대하여 40배 이상 300배 이하로 하고, 오존 용액의 분출 속도를 0.20m/초 이상 2.0m/초 이하로 하는, 탄소 섬유의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 유체 분출구로부터 탄소 섬유속으로 향하여 오존 용액을 분출시켜 단섬유 표면에 접촉시키는 횟수를 1회 이상 4회 이하로 하는, 탄소 섬유의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 유체 분출구의 형상이 직사각형이고, 상기 유체 분출구의 길이 방향이 탄소 섬유속의 폭 방향이며, 또한 유체 분출구의 길이 방향의 길이가 탄소 섬유속의 폭 이상인, 탄소 섬유의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
오존 용액이 저류되어 있는 오존 처리조의 액면 위에서 반송되는 탄소 섬유속을 끼우고 상기 유체 분출구와 대향되는 위치에 충돌판을 설치하여, 유체 분출구로부터 분출시킨 오존 용액을 탄소 섬유속의 단섬유 사이로 통과시킨 후에, 충돌판에 충돌시키는, 탄소 섬유의 제조 방법. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
JIS P 8117:2009에 준하여 측정되는 투기(透氣) 저항도가 100초 이상 700초 이하이며, 또한 오존 용액이 저류되어 있는 오존 처리조의 액면 위에서 반송되는 탄소 섬유속에 상기 표면 처리를 실시하는, 탄소 섬유의 제조 방법. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
함수율이 40% 이하이며, 또한 오존 용액이 저류되어 있는 오존 처리조의 액면 위에서 반송되는 탄소 섬유속에 상기 표면 처리를 실시하는, 탄소 섬유의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
오존 용액 중에서 반송되는 상기 탄소 섬유속에 상기 표면 처리를 실시하는, 탄소 섬유의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 오존 용액의 오존 농도가 10mg/L 이상 120mg/L 이하인, 탄소 섬유의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 탄소 섬유속의 단섬유수가 10000개 이상 60000개 이하인, 탄소 섬유의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
사이클릭 볼타메트리(cyclic voltammetry)법에 의해 측정되는, 단위 면적당에 흐르는 전류값(ipa값)이 0.10μA/cm2 이상인 탄소 섬유를 수득하는, 탄소 섬유의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 기재된 탄소 섬유의 제조 방법에 의해 수득된, 표면 처리된 탄소 섬유로서,
사이클릭 볼타메트리법에 의해 측정되는, 단위 면적당에 흐르는 전류값(ipa값)이 0.10μA/cm2 이상인 탄소 섬유.
