Claims (4)
- 밸브 하우징(2)이, 후단부에 평탄한 밸브 시트(8) 및 그 중심부를 관통하는 노즐 구멍(10)을 갖는 합성 수지제 노즐 부재(3)와, 이 노즐 부재(3)에 결합되는 자성 원통체(4)와, 이 자성 원통체의 후단측에 연이어 설치되는 고정 코어(6)를 구비하고 있고, 상기 밸브 시트(8)에 착좌(着座)할 수 있는 탄성재로 제조한 착좌 부재(29)가 전단(前端)에 부착 설치되어 있고 고정 코어(6)의 여기시에 상기 착좌 부재(29)를 밸브 시트(8)로부터 이좌(離座)시키도록 작동하는 자성 플런저(25)가, 자성 원통체(4) 내에 슬라이딩 가능하게 수용되며, 이 자성 플런저(25)와 고정 코어(6) 사이에, 자성 플런저(25)를 밸브 시트(8)측으로 압박하는 밸브 스프링(42)이 수축 설치되어 있는 것인 가스 연료용 분사 밸브에 있어서,
상기 노즐 부재(3)는, 이 노즐 부재(3)의 후단부에 위치하여 자성 원통체(4)의 전단부의 끼워 맞춤 연결 구멍(18)에 끼워 맞춰지는 제1 끼워 맞춤부(11)와, 이 노즐 부재(3)의 전단부에 위치하여 엔진의 흡기로(吸氣路) 부재(P1)의 부착 구멍(1)에 끼워 맞춰지는 제2 끼워 맞춤부(12)와, 상기 제1 및 제2 끼워 맞춤부 사이에 위치하는 연결 오목부(13)와, 상기 제1 끼워 맞춤부(11)의 외주에 형성되며 상기 끼워 맞춤 연결 구멍(18)의 내주면에 밀접하는 밀봉 부재(16)를 장착하는 환상의 제1 밀봉 홈(14), 그리고 상기 제2 끼워 맞춤부(12)의 외주에 형성되며 상기 부착 구멍(1)의 내주면에 밀접하는 밀봉 부재(17)를 장착하는 환상의 제2 밀봉 홈(15)으로 구성되고, 상기 노즐 구멍(10), 상기 제1 밀봉 홈(14)을 갖는 제1 끼워 맞춤부(11), 상기 제2 밀봉 홈(15)을 갖는 제2 끼워 맞춤부(12) 및 상기 연결 오목부(13)를, 합성 수지에 의해 상기 노즐 부재(3)를 사출 성형할 때에 동시에 형성하며, 가스 원료를 상기 노즐 부재(3)의 노즐 구멍(10)으로부터 상기 흡기로 부재(P1) 내에 분사하도록 하고, 노즐 부재(3)의 노즐 구멍(10)을, 상기 밸브 시트(8)에 개구된 오리피스(10a)와, 상기 노즐 부재(3)의 전단면에 개구된, 상기 오리피스(10a)보다 직경이 크고 긴 출구 구멍(10c)과, 상기 오리피스(10a) 및 출구 구멍(10c) 사이를 연속적으로 접속하는 테이퍼 구멍(10b)으로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 연료용 분사 밸브. - 제1항에 있어서, 자성 원통체(4)의 전단에 형성한 코킹 통부(22)를 상기 연결 오목부(13)측에 코킹함으로써 자성 원통체(4) 및 노즐 부재(3)가 서로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 연료용 분사 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 끼워 맞춤부(12)의 전단면을, 상기 제2 끼워 맞춤부(12) 외주의 상기 제2 밀봉 홈(15)을 향하여 직경이 커지는 테이퍼면(12a)에 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 연료용 분사 밸브.
