Description
Claims (12)
- 정착유닛에 있어서,구동롤러와;상기 구동롤러에 의해 종동 회전 가능한 벨트와;상기 벨트를 사이에 두고 상기 구동롤러의 길이방향을 따라 배치되며 상기 구동롤러를 향해 가압되어 정착닙을 형성하는 닙플레이트와;상기 길이방향을 따라 배치되어 열전도에 의해 상기 닙플레이트를 가열하는 발열체와;상기 발열체가 열변형되어 상기 닙플레이트로부터 이격되는 것을 방지하도록 상기 발열체를 상기 닙플레이트를 향해 가압하는 발열체 가압부를 포함하며,상기 발열체 가압부는 상기 발열체를 상기 닙플레이트를 향해 탄성바이어스 시키는 발열체 가압부재를 포함하며,상기 발열체 가압부재는 두께, 탄성계수 및 재질 중 적어도 어느 하나가 상기 길이방향을 따라 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 정착유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발열체 가압부는,상기 발열체 및 상기 닙플레이트의 길이방향에 따른 변형량에 대응하여 상기 길이방향을 따라 다른 크기의 가압력으로 상기 발열체를 가압하도록 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정착유닛.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 발열체 가압부는,상기 발열체 가압부재를 사이에 두고 상기 발열체와 대향 배치되는 지지부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정착유닛.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발열체 가압부재는 스펀지, 러버 및 스프링 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정착유닛.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 벨트를 회전 가능하게 지지하며 상기 발열체 가압부를 지지하는 부싱과;상기 부싱을 상기 구동롤러 방향으로 탄성바이어스 시키는 부싱 탄성부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정착유닛.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 지지부재와 상기 발열체 사이에 개재되어 상기 발열체의 열이 상기 지지부재로 전달되는 것을 차단하는 단열부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정착유닛.
- 화상형성장치에 있어서,인쇄매체에 토너 화상을 형성하는 화상형성부와;상기 토너 화상을 상기 인쇄매체에 정착시키는 제1항에 따른 정착유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 발열체 가압부는,상기 발열체 및 상기 닙플레이트의 길이방향에 따른 변형량에 대응하여 상기 길이방향을 따라 다른 크기의 가압력으로 상기 발열체를 가압하도록 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서,상기 발열체 가압부는,상기 발열체 가압부재를 사이에 두고 상기 발열체와 대향 배치되는 지지부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 삭제
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 발열체 가압부재는 스펀지, 러버 및 스프링 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
