Description
도 1은 가스 터빈 튜닝 콘트롤러를 통합한 가스 터빈 엔진 시스템을 포함하는 동작상의 플랜트 통신 시스템을 개략적으로 나타낸 도면이다.
도 2는 본 발명의 튜닝 콘트롤러에 대한 기능상의 흐름도를 나타낸다.
도 3은 본 발명 내에서 최적 모드를 선택하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스 디스플레이를 나타낸다.

Claims (23)
- 가스 터빈 및 콘트롤러를 포함하고, 가스 터빈의 동작을 튜닝하기 위한 시스템에 있어서,
상기 가스 터빈은:
연소기 동력, 터빈 배기가스 온도 및 터빈 배기가스 방출을 포함하는 상기 가스 터빈의 다수의 동작 파라미터를 측정하기 위한 다수의 센서; 및
터빈 연료 분배 및 연료 온도의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 다수의 동작요소, 및 상기 다수의 센서와 다수의 동작 콘트롤 수단에 연결하기 위한 통신 링크를 콘트롤하기 위한 상기 다수의 동작 콘트롤 수단을 갖추고,
상기 콘트롤러는 상기 다수의 센서 및 상기 다수의 동작 콘트롤 수단과 통신하고 상기 가스 터빈의 동작을 튜닝하며,
상기 콘트롤러의 가스 터빈의 동작 튜닝은:
상기 다수의 센서로부터 동작 데이터를 수신하고;
상기 동작 데이터를 다수의 동작 우선순위와 관련된 다수의 저장된 동작 기준과 비교하여, 터빈 동작이 상기 다수의 동작 기준에 적합한지를 결정하고;
상기 가스 터빈의 동작 파라미터의 제1조절을 수행하기 위해 상기 다수의 동작 콘트롤 수단과 통신하고;
추가의 증분 조절이 필요한지를 결정하기 위해 상기 제1조절을 전달함에 따라 상기 다수의 센서로부터 동작 데이터를 수신하고;
상기 추가의 증분 조절을 완료하자 마자, 동작 파라미터의 다른 조절을 선택하며;
또 다른 조절이 필요한지를 결정하기 위해 상기 동작 파라미터의 다른 조절에 따라 상기 다수의 센서로부터 동작 데이터를 수신함;으로써 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터빈 동작 튜닝 시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 가스 터빈의 동작 파라미터의 제1조절 및 추가의 조절은 가스 터빈의 다수의 노즐 내에서의 연소기 연료 분배 분할, 연료 가스 입구 온도, 및 가스 터빈 내의 연료/에어 비율의 적어도 하나에 대한 조절을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터빈 동작 튜닝 시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 튜닝은 가스 터빈 동작을 위한 다수의 동작 우선순위를 설정하는 것을 더 포함하며, 상기 다수의 동작 우선순위는 최적 NOx 방출, 최적 파워 출력 및 최적 연소기 동력의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터빈 동작 튜닝 시스템. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 가스 터빈 동작을 위한 다수의 저장된 동작 기준은 상기 다수의 동작 우선순위의 적어도 하나와 관련되며 선택된 우선권에 따라 상기 다수의 동작 우선순위로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터빈 동작 튜닝 시스템. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 튜닝은 가스 터빈의 비적합 동작에 대한 우선권의 튜닝 기준을 결정하는 것을 더 포함하고, 상기 우선권의 튜닝 기준은 상기 다수의 동작 우선순위에 따라 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터빈 동작 튜닝 시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 콘트롤러는 상기 다수의 센서와 통신하며 분배 콘트롤 시스템(DCS)에 의해 가스 터빈의 동작을 콘트롤하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터빈 동작 튜닝 시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1조절, 추가의 증분 조절, 및 다른 조절은 고정된 증분치에 의해 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터빈 동작 튜닝 시스템. - 청구항 7에 있어서,

상기 다른 조절은 고정된 증분치 및 정의된 범위이고, 가스 터빈이 동작 안정성을 달성한 후 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터빈 동작 튜닝 시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
또 다른 파라미터가 콘트롤러에 의해 결정된 것과 같은 우선권의 튜닝 기준에 따라 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터빈 동작 튜닝 시스템. - 가스 터빈의 동작을 튜닝하기 위한 콘트롤러 시스템에 있어서,
상기 가스 터빈으로부터 적어도 하나의 스택 방출 및 연소 동력을 포함하는 상기 가스 터빈의 다수의 동작 파라미터를 측정하기 위한 센서 수단;
터빈 연료 분배 및 연료 온도의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 상기 가스 터빈의 다수의 동작요소, 및 상기 센서 수단과 상기 다수의 동작요소를 위한 통신 링크를 콘트롤하기 위한 콘트롤 수단;
최적 NOx 방출, 최적 파워 출력, 및 최적 연소기 동력의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 가스 터빈 동작을 위한 다수의 동작 우선순위를 설정하기 위한 수단;
터빈 동작 데이터를 수신하기 위해 상기 센서 수단과 통신하기 위한 수신수단;
상기 다수의 동작 우선순위와 각각 관련된 다수의 미리 결정된 허용가능치와 수신 데이터를 비교하고, 튜닝 조절이 필요한지를 결정하기 위한 수단;
상기 콘트롤 수단에 의해 콘트롤된 선택된 동작 파라미터의 증분 조절을 수행하기 위해 상기 콘트롤 수단과 통신하기 위한 수단; 및
상기 증분 조절이 상기 다수의 우선순위의 적어도 하나와 관련된 설정치에 적합한 가스 터빈 동작을 야기하는지 또는 상기 가스 터빈 동작이 설정치에 적합하지 않아 선택된 동작 파라미터의 다른 조절의 수행이 필요한지를 결정하기 위한 수단;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터빈 동작 튜닝 콘트롤러 시스템. - 가스 터빈 및 컴퓨터 콘트롤러를 포함하고, 가스 터빈의 동작을 튜닝하기 위한 시스템에 있어서,
상기 가스 터빈은:
상기 가스 터빈으로부터 스택 방출 및 연소 동력을 포함하는 상기 가스 터빈의 다수의 동작 파라미터를 측정하기 위한 센서 수단; 및
터빈 연료 분배, 연료 온도 및 터빈 배기가스 온도의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 상기 가스 터빈의 다수의 동작요소, 및 상기 센서 수단과 다수의 동작요소간 통신 링크를 콘트롤하기 위한 콘트롤 수단을 갖추고,
상기 컴퓨터 콘트롤러는 상기 센서 수단 및 콘트롤 수단과 통신 링크를 통해 통신하고 상기 가스 터빈의 동작을 튜닝하며,
상기 컴퓨터 콘트롤러의 가스 터빈의 동작 튜닝은:
상기 센서 수단으로부터 동작 데이터를 수신하고;
상기 동작 데이터를 다수의 저장된 동작 기준과 비교하여, 동작 콘트롤 수단의 조절이 필요한지를 결정하고;
필요한 조절의 결정에 따라, 상기 가스 터빈의 동작 파라미터의 정의된 증분 조절을 수행하기 위해 상기 통신 링크를 통해 상기 동작 콘트롤 수단과 통신하며;
상기 정의된 증분 조절 후 센서 수단으로부터 동작 데이터를 수신하고, 동작 파라미터의 다른 증분 조절이 필요한지를 결정하기 위해 동작 데이터를 저장된 동작 기준과 비교함;으로써 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터빈 동작 튜닝 시스템. - 가스 터빈의 동작을 튜닝하기 위한 방법에 있어서,
상기 가스 터빈은:
상기 가스 터빈의 다수의 동작 파라미터를 측정하기 위한 다수의 센서;
상기 가스 터빈의 다수의 동작요소를 콘트롤하기 위한 콘트롤러; 및
상기 다수의 센서 및 콘트롤러와 통신하는 분배 콘트롤 시스템(DCS)을 갖추며,
상기 방법은:
상기 DCS와 통신 링크를 구성하고 상기 다수의 센서로부터 데이터를 수신하는 단계;
상기 다수의 동작요소의 조절이 필요한지를 결정하기 위해 상기 수신된 데이터를 설정된 기준과 비교하는 단계;
상기 콘트롤러에 의해 콘트롤된 가스 터빈의 동작 파라미터의 정의된 증분 조절을 수행하기 위해 상기 DCS와 통신하는 단계; 및
상기 DCS를 통해 상기 다수의 센서로부터 가스 터빈의 동작과 관련된 추가의 데이터를 수신하여, 상기 조절이 상기 설정된 기준에 대한 가스 터빈 동작에 적합한지 또는 다른 증분 조절이 필요한지를 결정하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터빈 동작 튜닝 방법. - 삭제
