Claims (86)
- 적어도 두 개의 일정한 전압 또는 전류 레벨(L1, L2)에서 복수의 펄스를 갖는 전기 신호를 발생하는 발생수단을 포함하는, 생체의학적 용도로 사용하기 위한 장치에 있어서,상기 펄스는:연속해서 반복적인 주-사이클을 형성하는 적어도 4개의 긴 주-타이밍 간격(T1, T2, T3, T4)과,적어도 2개의 짧은 부-타이밍 간격(t1, t2)과,다수의 일정한 전압 또는 전류레벨(L1, L2)과,분할되는 상기 주-타이밍 간격의 적어도 하나 안에서 각각의 부-타이밍 간격 동안에 또는 분할되지 않을 경우 상기 전체의 주-타이밍 간격 동안에 상기 전압이나 전류 레벨 중 하나 (상기 전류 레벨은 상기 주-사이클의 코스를 통해 연속적으로 선택됨),상기 주-사이클의 반복 코스를 통해 전하 평형을 달성하기 위하여, 하나이상의 이퀄라이징 펄스로서 분할되지 않은 하나이상의 주-타이밍 간격내에 배열되며,상기 각각의 주-타이밍 간격은 50 마이크로초 내지 30초의 개별 지속시간을 가지며 상기 주-사이클은 200 마이크로초 내지 120 초의 지속시간을 가지며; 상기 주-타이밍 간격의 적어도 하나는 분할되며, 그 길이를 통해 주파수를 갖는 반복적인 부-사이클을 연속적으로 형성하며; 상기 각각의 짧은 부-타이밍 간격은 2.55 마이크로초 내지 50밀리초의 개별 지속시간을 가지며, 상기 부-사이클은 5 마이크로초 내지 50밀리초의 개별 지속시간을 가지며, 상기 주-타이밍 간격의 적어도 다른 하나는 분할되지 않으며,상기 발생수단은, 상기 다수의 주-타이밍 간격 또는 상기 다수의 부-타이밍 간격의 적어도 하나를 생성시켜 상기 반복적인 주-사이클이나 반복적인 부-사이클을 형성하도록 구성되는, 멀티스텝 시컨서(multistep sequencer)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.

- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 발생수단은 추가적으로 제1주-타이밍 간격(T1)이 제로 AC 진폭이 되도록 단일의 전압이나 전류 레벨(L1)을 가지며;제2주-타이밍 간격(T2)은 부-타이밍 간격(t1, t2)으로 분할되어, 주-타이밍 간격(T2)의 길이를 통해 부-사이클을 형성하며; 상기 부-사이클은 주-사이클내에서 다수의 완전한 반복을 실행하며, 각각의 부-타이밍 간격(t1, t2)을 위해 선택된 상기 전압 및 전류 레벨(L1, L2)중 하나는 제로가 아닌 AC 진폭을 형성하며;제3주-타이밍 간격(T3)과 제4주-타이밍 간격(T4) 및 각각의 주-타이밍 간격(T5,T6)은 T1의 방식으로 단일의 일정한 전압이나 전류 레벨을 함유하며, 또는 간격(T2)의 방식으로 재분할되며,상기 주-사이클내에서 부-타이밍 간격 또는 분할되지 않는 주-타이밍 간격은 간격이 다시 제기될 때마다 상기 전압 및 전류 레벨(L1, L2)중 하나로부터 균일하게 할당된 전압이나 전류를 가지며,상기 전기 신호는 주-사이클의 2회 반복 사이에서 동일하게 하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 발생수단은 추가적으로 상기 일정한 전압이나 전류 레벨(L1, L2)은 +10 내지 -10 밀리암페어 범위에 놓인 일정한 전류 레벨의 형태를 취하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.

- 제17항에 있어서, 발생수단은, T2 또는 T4중에는 사용되지 않지만 T3에서 적어도 하나의 전압이나 전류를 선택하므로써, T2 및 T4에서 신호의 진폭 감소를 T3에서의 진폭 이하로 부분적으로 또는 전체적으로 감소시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제17항에 있어서, 발생수단은, T2 또는 T4중에는 사용되는 것과는 상이한 부-타이밍 사이클을 사용하므로써, T2 및 T4에서 신호의 진폭 감소를 T3에서의 진폭 이하로 부분적으로 또는 전체적으로 감소시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
