Claims (7)
- 刺激発生手段で発生した刺激信号を、電気刺激として患者に与える呼吸異常改善装置において、
前記患者の呼吸状態を検出する検出手段を備え、
前記刺激信号として、決められた時刻に設定した電流レベルで第1刺激信号を発生し、前記検出手段からの検出信号に基づき、前記患者が呼吸異常であると判断した時に、前記第1刺激信号とは異なる電流レベルの第2刺激信号を発生するようにし、
さらに、前記第1刺激信号と前記第2刺激信号は何れも、一定レベルを超える電気パルス群が発生する通電期間と、一定レベル以下の電気パルス群若しくは電気パルス群が全く発生しない休止期間が繰り返され、
各々の前記通電期間は、前記刺激信号の電流レベルが時間の経過と共に徐々に緩やかになるように増加して立ち上がる第1区間と、この第1区間の後に前記刺激信号の電流レベルが一定になる第2区間が存在するように、前記刺激発生手段を構成し、
前記通電期間の前記第1区間中または前記第2区間中に、前記刺激信号の電流レベルまたは周波数、または電流レベルと周波数の双方が増減を繰り返すように、前記刺激発生手段を構成したことを特徴とする呼吸異常改善装置。 - 前記休止期間では、0から前記患者筋肉の緊張しない値の間に電流レベルを低下させるように、前記刺激発生手段を構成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の呼吸異常改善装置。
- 前記患者に前記刺激信号を出力するために、当該患者に装着される導子と、
前記導子に与えられる電流や電圧を監視して、前記導子の異常状態を感知する導子監視手段と、を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の呼吸異常改善装置。 - 前記患者に前記刺激信号を出力するために、当該患者に装着される導子を備え、
前記導子は、前記刺激信号が供給される電極と、前記電極を取り付けた粘着性のカバー材と、により構成され、
前記カバー材は透湿性を有する部材からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の呼吸異常改善装置。 - 前記患者に前記刺激信号を出力するために、当該患者に装着される導子を備え、
前記導子は、前記刺激信号が供給される電極と、前記電極を取り付けた粘着性のカバー材と、により構成され、
前記カバー材に通気孔を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の呼吸異常改善装置。 - 前記患者に前記刺激信号を出力するために、当該患者に装着される導子と、
前記刺激発生手段と前記導子との間を接続する一対のコードと、を備え、
前記導子は、前記刺激信号が供給される一対の電極と、前記電極を取り付けた粘着性のカバー材と、により構成され、
前記一対の電極の異なる側からそれぞれ前記一対のコードを引き出したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の呼吸異常改善装置。 - 前記刺激信号を前記患者に毎日与えるように、前記刺激発生手段を構成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の呼吸異常改善装置。
