Claims (11)
- BET법 비표면적이 1㎡/g 이하이며 50% 체적 누적 입자 직경(D50)이 10~300㎛인 수산화알루미늄을 가열 처리하여 BET법 비표면적을 50~200㎡/g으로 한 담체에 촉매 금속 또는 촉매 금속 전구체를 담지시킨 촉매와 탄소 함유 화합물을 가열 영역하에서 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 응집체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수산화알루미늄의 가열 처리 온도는 500~1000℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 응집체의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 탄소 섬유 응집체는 직경이 5~100㎚, 애스펙트비가 5~1000이며 흑연층이 섬유축에 대하여 거의 평행하게 신장되어 있는 비직선상의 1차 탄소 섬유가 응집되어 2차 응집 섬유를 구성하고. 상기 2차 응집 섬유는 직경이 1㎛ 이상 길이가 5㎛ 이상인 비직선상이며, 상기 2차 응집 섬유가 더 응집되어 누에고치상의 응집 덩어리를 형성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 응집체의 제조 방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 누에고치상의 응집 덩어리는 장경과 단경의 비가 5 이상인 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 응집체의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 수산화알루미늄은 깁사이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 응집체의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 수산화알루미늄으로서 식(1)로 나타내어지는 입도 분포 지수가 1.50 이하인 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 응집체의 제조 방법.
입도 분포 지수= (D90-D10)/D50 (1)
(식 중 D90, D10 및 D50은 각각 입도 분포계에 의해 구한 90% 체적 누적 입자 직경, 10% 체적 누적 입자 직경, 50% 체적 누적 입자 직경이다.) - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 수산화알루미늄으로서 1차 입자의 크기가 5~300㎛인 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 응집체의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 촉매 금속 또는 상기 촉매 금속 전구체는 Fe를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 응집체의 제조 방법. - 직경이 5~100㎚, 애스펙트비가 5~1000이며 흑연층이 섬유축에 대하여 거의 평행하게 신장되어 있는 비직선상의 탄소 섬유가 응집되어 2차 응집 섬유를 구성하고, 상기 2차 응집 섬유는 직경이 1㎛ 이상 길이가 5㎛ 이상인 비직선상이며, 상기 2차 응집 섬유가 더 응집된 장경과 단경의 비가 5 이상인 누에고치상의 응집 덩어리를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 응집체.
- 제 9 항에 기재된 탄소 섬유 응집체를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 복합 재료.
- BET법 비표면적이 1㎡/g 이하이며 50% 체적 누적 입자 직경(D50)이 10~300㎛인 수산화알루미늄을 가열 처리하여 BET법 비표면적을 50~200㎡/g으로 한 담체에 촉매 금속 또는 촉매 금속 전구체를 담지시켜 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 응집체 제조용 촉매.
