제 2 구성으로서, 도전성 입자가 도전성 수지 피막 중 20 내지 70질량%의 범위로 포함되어 있고, 도전성 입자의 누적 50% 체적 평균 입자직경(d50)(㎛)과 도전성 수지 피막의 두께(t)(㎛)가 하기 수학식 1을 만족하고, 누적 84% 체적 평균 입자직경(d84)(㎛), 누적 16% 체적 평균 입자직경(d16)(㎛) 및 상기 d50이 하기 수학식 2를 만족한다.

Claims (3)
- 금속판의 표면에 도전성 입자를 함유하는 도전성 수지 피막이 피복된 도전성 수지 도장 금속판으로서,
도전성 입자가 도전성 수지 피막 중 20 내지 65질량%의 범위로 포함되어 있고, 도전성 수지 피막에서의 수지의 Tg가 -10℃ 내지 +30℃이고, 도전성 수지 피막의 두께가 1.2 내지 14㎛이며, 도전성 입자의 함유량을 w(질량%), 도전성 입자의 평균 입경을 r(㎛), 도전성 수지 피막의 두께를 t(㎛)로 했을 때에, 하기 수학식 1i을 만족하되,
이때, 상기 수지 피막이 유기용제 가용형 폴리에스터 수지를 포함하는 원료 조성물로부터 얻어지며,
상기 금속판이 합금화 용융아연 도금 강판인, 도전성 수지 도장 금속판.
