Claims (6)
- コロイダルシリカとスチレン−ブタジエン共重合体(SBR)エマルジョンとを含有する水性コーティング剤であって、
前記コロイダルシリカと前記SBRエマルジョンの固形分重量比が、10/90<コロイダルシリカ/SBRエマルジョン<70/30の範囲内であり、かつ、固形分重量%で5〜11%の範囲内の金属フィラーを含有し、前記金属フィラーは、鱗片形状であって、アスペクト比(径と厚さの比)が80〜120の範囲内としたことを特徴とする水性コーティング剤。 - 前記金属フィラーは、アルミニウム微粒子または亜鉛微粒子であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水性コーティング剤。
- 固形分を除く溶媒が実質的に水のみであることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の水性コーティング剤。
- コロイダルシリカとスチレン−ブタジエン共重合体(SBR)とを含有するコーティング膜であって、
前記コロイダルシリカと前記SBRとの間に金属フィラーが分散して、該金属フィラーが前記コーティング膜に導電性を付与しており、前記金属フィラーは、鱗片形状であって、アスペクト比(径と厚さの比)が80〜120の範囲内とし、かつ、固形分重量%で5〜11%の範囲内の含有量としたことを特徴とするコーティング膜。 - 前記金属フィラーは、アルミニウム微粒子または亜鉛微粒子であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のコーティング膜。
- 前記コーティング膜は、亜鉛系めっき鋼の表面に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項4または請求項5に記載のコーティング膜。
