Claims (10)
- 전처리된 금속 형상물과, 이 금속 형상물의 일방의 면에 사출 성형으로 일체로 접합되는 열가소성 수지 형상물로 이루어지는 금속과 수지의 복합체로서,상기 열가소성 수지 형상물은 대좌와, 이 대좌로부터 입설된 입설 성형체를 구비한 것이고,상기 대좌에 2개 이상의 탕구를 개재하여 연통하고, 사출 게이트로부터 사출되고 용융되어 있는 열가소성 수지를 상기 입설 성형체로 유입시키는 탕도를 설치하고,상기 입설 성형체의 중심과 상기 사출 게이트의 중심을 연결하는 제1의 직선을 기준으로 상기 입설 성형체의 대향하는 부위로, 또, 상기 제1의 직선과 직교하고 상기 입설 성형체의 중심을 통과하는 제2의 직선을 기준으로 상기 입설 성형체의 대향하는 부위로, 상기 사출 게이트로부터 사출된 상기 열가소성 수지를 단위 시간당의 유입량이 균등하게 되도록 유입하여 충전하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 금속과 수지의 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 탕도는 분기부에 의해 도중에서 두 갈래로 분기되어 있는 것이고,상기 탕구 및 상기 입설 성형체는 위에서 보아 상기 제1의 직선에 대해서 대칭인 형상으로 형성되어 있는 것이고,상기 탕구로부터 유출하는 상기 열가소성 수지의 수지류의 방향을 이용하여, 상기 제2의 직선의 방향에 있어서, 상기 사출 게이트로부터 먼 측의 상기 입설 성형체로 우선적으로 유입하기 쉽게 되도록 유도하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속과 수지의 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 탕도는 도중에서 두 갈래로 분기되고,상기 탕구 및 상기 입설 성형체는 위에서 보아 상기 제1의 직선 및 상기 제2의 직선에 대해서 대칭인 형상으로 형성되어 있는 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속과 수지의 복합체.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 탕도가 상기 제1의 직선에 대해서 대칭인 형상으로 형성되어 있는 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속과 수지의 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 사출 게이트 및 상기 탕도는 각각 한 쌍 형성되어 있는 것이고,대칭으로 형성되어 있는 한 쌍의 상기 탕구로부터 상기 입설 성형체의 대향하는 부위로, 한 쌍의 상기 사출 게이트로부터 사출된 상기 열가소성 수지를 단위 시간당의 유입량이 균등하게 되도록 유입하여 충전하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 금속과 수지의 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 탕구 및 상기 입설 성형체는 위에서 보아 상기 제1의 직선에 대해서 대칭인 형상으로 형성되어 있는 것이고,상기 대좌와 상기 탕구의 연통부 근방에 절결부가 형성되어 있고,상기 절결부는 상기 열가소성 수지의 수지류를 이용하여, 상기 제2의 직선의 방향에 있어서, 상기 입설 성형체의 상기 사출 게이트로부터 먼 측으로 우선적으로 유입하기 쉽게 유도하고 있는 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속과 수지의 복합체.
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 입설 성형체가 보스인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속과 수지의 복합체.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 입설 성형체가 리브인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속과 수지의 복합체.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 금속과 수지의 복합체를 제조하기 위한 방법으로서,전처리를 한 금속 형상물을 일방의 사출 성형용 금형 및/또는 타방의 사출 성형용 금형에 인서트하고,상기 일방의 사출 성형용 금형과 상기 타방의 사출 성형용 금형을 고정하여, 대좌와, 이 대좌로부터 입설된 입설 성형체를 구비한 열가소성 수지 형상물을, 상기 금속 형상물에 일체로 접합하기 위한 캐비티를 형성하고,상기 사출 성형용 금형의 사출 게이트로부터 상기 캐비티에 상기 열가소성 수지를 사출하고,상기 열가소성 수지를, 상기 입설 성형체의 중심과 상기 사출 게이트의 중심을 연결하는 제1의 직선을 기준으로 상기 입설 성형체의 대향하는 부위로, 또, 상기 제1의 직선과 직교하고 상기 입설 성형체의 중심을 통과하는 제2의 직선을 기준으로 상기 입설 성형체의 대향하는 부위로, 단위 시간당의 유입량이 균등하게 되도록 유입시키고,상기 금속 형상물의 일방의 면에 상기 열가소성 수지를 사출 성형에 의해 일체로 접합한 것을 특징으로 하는 금속과 수지의 복합체의 제조 방법.
