Claims (6)
- 심봉(mandrel)을 준비하고;심봉 외면에서 열가소성 재료를 압출하여 내면층을 형성하고;수지 압출되어 형성된 내면층을 경화시키고;상기 냉각된 내면층의 외면에 보강층을 형성하고;상기 보강층의 외면에 보호층을 형성하도록 고무 재료가 압출되고;상기 내면층으로부터의 재료가 상기 보강층으로 침투하도록 고온 환경을 제공하며;상기 심봉을 제거하는하이브리드 호스 제작 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 보강층은 편조 또는 스파이럴 방식으로 형성되는하이브리드 호스 제작 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 고온 환경은 상기 보호층의 가류 공정에 의해 제공되는하이브리드 호스 제작 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 따른 하이브리드 호스 제작 방법에 의해 제작되는호스.
- 열가소성 재료로 이루어지는 내면층;상기 내면층의 외면을 덮는 편조층;상기 내면층으로부터 그 내면층의 재료가 상기 편조층으로 침투하여 내면층과 보강층을 결합시키는 침투 결합층; 및상기 편조층을 보호하며, 고무 재료로 이루어지는 외면층을 포함하는 호스.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 침투 결합층은 제작 과정 동안 고무 외면층을 가류하는 과정에서 상기 내면층이 편조층 사이로 침투되어 형성되는호스.
