Claims (7)
- 내부 고무관, 제1 보강층, 제2 보강층, 및 외부 고무관으로 구성되고, 제1 보강층을 형성하는 각 보강 섬유의 사이에 열경화성 수지를 침투시킨 후, 상기 수지층을 가황 온도에서 경화시킴으로써, 제1 보강층을 일체의 경화층으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 초저팽창 브레이크 고무 호스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열경화성 수지는 멜라민 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 초저팽창 브레이크 고무 호스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열경화성 수지는 페놀 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 초저팽창 브레이크 고무 호스.
- 내부 고무관에 제1 보강층을 편조하는 공정, 상기 제1 보강층을 형성하는 보강 섬유에 침투 가능한 저점도의 열경화성 수지액에 상기 보강 섬유를 침지시켜 보강 섬유에 열경화성 수지액을 침투시키는 공정, 제2 보강층을 편조하는 공정, 상기 제2 보강층의 외면에 외부 고무관을 압출 성형하는 공정을 순차적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초저팽창 브레이크 고무 호스의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 열경화성 수지액을 침투시키는 공정에서는, 보강 섬유 에 침투 가능한 저점도의 열경화성 수지액조를 마련하고, 보강 섬유를 이 수지액조에 강제적으로 침지시킴으로써 보강 섬유에 열경화성 수지액을 침투시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 초저팽창 브레이크 고무 호스의 제조 방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 열경화성 수지액은 멜라민 수지액 또는 페놀 수지액인 것을 특징으로 하는 초저팽창 브레이크 고무 호스의 제조 방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 외부 고무관을 압출 성형하는 공정에 이어서, 내부 고무관, 열경화성 수지 및 외부 고무관을 경화시키는 가황 공정을 연속적으로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초저팽창 브레이크 고무 호스의 제조 방법.
