Abstract
(I) 열가소성 수지(A) 및 반응성 관능기를 갖는 수지(B)를 배합하여 이루어지는 열가소성 수지 조성물
(II) 상기 열가소성 수지(A), 상기 열가소성 수지(A)와는 다른 열가소성 수지(C) 및 반응성 관능기를 갖는 화합물(D)을 배합하여 이루어지는 열가소성 수지 조성물

Claims (15)
- 하기 (I) 또는 (II)의 열가소성 수지 조성물을 제조할 때 압출기에 의해 용융 혼련하고, 신장 유동하면서 용융 혼련하는 영역(신장 유동 영역)의 전후에서의 유입 효과 압력 강하는 100~1000kg/㎠인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조 방법.
(I) 열가소성 수지(A) 및 반응성 관능기를 갖는 고무질 중합체(B)를 배합하여 이루어지는 열가소성 수지 조성물
(II) 상기 열가소성 수지(A), 상기 열가소성 수지(A)와는 다른 열가소성 수지(C) 및 반응성 관능기를 갖는 화합물(D)을 배합하여 이루어지는 열가소성 수지 조성물 - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 수지 조성물을 제조할 때 압출기에 의해 용융 혼련하고, 또한 상기 압출기의 스크류의 전체 길이에 대한 신장 유동하면서 용융 혼련하는 영역(신장 유동 영역)의 합계 길이의 비율은 5~60%인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 압출기의 스크류에 있어서의 하나의 신장 유동하면서 용융 혼련하는 영역(신장 유동 영역)의 길이를 Lk라고 하고, 스크류 지름을 D라고 하면 Lk/D=0.2~10을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 수지(A)는 폴리아미드 수지, 폴리에스테르 수지, 폴리페닐렌술피드 수지, 폴리아세탈 수지, 스티렌계 수지, 폴리페닐렌옥시드 수지, 폴리카보네이트 수지, 폴리락트산 수지 및 폴리프로필렌 수지에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 수지(C)는 상기 열가소성 수지(A)와는 다른 폴리아미드 수지, 폴리에스테르 수지, 폴리페닐렌술피드 수지, 폴리아세탈 수지, 스티렌계 수지, 폴리페닐렌옥시드 수지, 폴리카보네이트 수지, 폴리락트산 수지 및 폴리프로필렌 수지에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 반응성 관능기를 갖는 고무질 중합체(B)의 반응성 관능기는 아미노기, 카르복실기, 카르복실 금속염, 에폭시기, 산 무수물기 및 옥사졸린기에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 반응성 관능기를 갖는 화합물(D)의 반응성 관능기는 아미노기, 카르복실기, 카르복실 금속염, 에폭시기, 산 무수물기 및 옥사졸린기에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 수지(A)는 폴리아미드 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 인장 시험에 있어서 인장속도가 V1, V2일 때의 인장 탄성률을 E(V1), E(V2)라고 하면 V1<V2일 때 E(V1)>E(V2)인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 인장 시험에 있어서 인장속도가 V1, V2일 때의 인장 파단 신도를 ε(V1), ε(V2)라고 하면 V1<V2일 때 ε(V1)<ε(V2)인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조 방법. - 삭제
