- 제1전류가 입력되는 제1단자, 접지에 연결되어 있는 제2단자, 상기 제1단자에 연결되어 있는 제1 제어 단자, 및 제2 제어 단자를 포함하는 제1달링턴트랜지스터; 및제2 전류가 출력되는 제1단자, 제1저항을 통해 접지에 연결되어 있는 제2단자, 상기 제1달링턴트랜지스터의 상기 제1제어단자에 연결되어 있는 제1제어 단자, 및 상기 제1달링턴트랜지스터의 상기 제2제어단자에 연결되어 있는 제2제어단자를 포함하는 제2달링턴트랜지스터를 포함하고,상기 제1달링턴트랜지스터는 제1트랜지스터, 제2트랜지스터 및 제2저항을 포함하고 상기 제1, 제2트랜지스터 각각의 제1단자가 상호 연결되고 상기 제1트랜지스터의 제2단자와 상기 제2트랜지스터의 제어단자가 연결되고, 상기 제1트랜지스터의 제2단자가 상기 제1저항을 통해 접지에 연결되어 2개의 제어단자를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하고, 상기 제2달링턴트랜지스터는 제3트랜지스터, 제4트랜지스터 및 제2저항을 포함하고 상기 제3, 제4트랜지스터 각각의 제1단자가 상호 연결되고 상기 제3트랜지스터의 제2단자와 상기 제4트랜지스터의 제어단자가 연결되고 상기 제3트랜지스터의 제2단자가 상기 제2저항을 통해 접지에 연결되어 2개의 제어단자를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전류전원.
- 제9항에 있어서,입력이 상기 제2달링턴트랜지스터의 제1단자에 연결되고 출력이 상기 제1달 링턴트랜지스터의 제1단자에 연결되어 상기 제2전류를 상기 제1전류로 복사하는 전류미러부를 더 포함하는 전류전원.

- 제10항에 있어서,상기 제1,제2,제3,제4트랜지스터가 바이폴라 트랜지스터이고 상기 제1단자는 컬렉터, 제2단자는 컬렉터, 제어단자는 베이스인 것을 특징으로 하는 전류전원.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 제1트랜지스터, 제3트랜지스터, 제1저항 및 제2저항은 상기 제1트랜지스터 및 제3트랜지스터의 컬렉터를 통해 온도에 반비례하는 전류를 발생시키고, 상기 제2트랜지스터, 제4트랜지스터 및 제3저항은 상기 제2트랜지스터 및 제4트랜지스터의 컬렉터를 통해 온도에 비례하는 전류를 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전류전원.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서,상기 제4트랜지스터의 에미터의 크기가 상기 제4트랜지스터를 제외한 나머지 트랜지스터의 에미터 크기보다 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 전류전원.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 제4트랜지스터의 에미터크기와 상기 제1저항, 제2저항 및 제3저항을 조절하여 상기 전류미러부의 출력에 온도에 독립한 전류를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전류전원.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 전류미러부는 입력전류와 출력전류가 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 전류전원.
