Claims (10)
- 다음 화학식 (Ⅰ)을 갖는 최소 하나의 안트라퀴논 염료를, 각 안트라퀴논 염료가 0.01ppm 내지 2ppm 미만의 양으로 존재하도록 액체 석유 탄화수소에 첨가하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 식에서, X는 O 또는 S이며; Y는 O, NR7 또는 S이며; R1 및 R2는 독립적으로 수소, 알킬, 아릴, 아랄킬, 헤테로알킬, 헤테로고리 또는 알카노일이며; R3 및 R5는 독립적으로 알킬, 아릴, 아랄킬, 헤테로알킬, 또는 헤테로고리이며; R4 및 R6은 독립적으로 수소 또는 알킬이며; R7은 수소 또는 알킬이며; 상기 최소 하나의 치환된 안트라퀴논 염료는 600~750nm의 범위에서 최대 흡수를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 액체 석유 탄화수소의 마킹방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 X 및 Y는 O이며, 상기 최소 하나의 치환된 안트라퀴논 염료는 650~710nm의 범위에서 최대 흡수를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 R1 및 R2는 수소, 알킬 또는 알카노일이며; 상기 R4 및 R6은 수소이며; 상기 R1, R2, R3 및 R5 중 최소 두개는 각각 최소 4개의 포화된 탄소원자를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 R1 및 R2는 수소이며, R3 및 R5는 C 4-C20 알킬임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 각 염료는 0.01ppm 내지 2ppm 미만의 양으로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 R8, R9, R10 및 R11은 독립적으로 최소 하나의 C4-C20 알킬기로 치환된 아릴 또는 방향족 헤테로고리임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 나아가 화학식 (Ⅳ)를 갖는 최소 하나의 치환된 안트라퀴논 염료를 포함하며,상기 식에서, R12 및 R13은 독립적으로 수소, 하이드록시, OR22, 아미노 또는 NR22R23이며; R14 및 R16은 독립적으로 알킬, 아릴, 아랄킬, 헤테로알킬 또는 헤테로고리이며; R15 및 R17은 독립적으로 수소 또는 알킬이며; R18, R19, R20 및 R21은 독립적으로 시아노, 니트로 또는 수소이며, R18, R19, R20 및 R21 중 최소 두개는 시아노 또는 니트로이며; R22는 알킬, 아릴, 아랄킬, 헤테로알킬, 헤테로고리 또는 알카노일이며; R23은 수소 또는 알킬이며; 상기 최소 하나의 치환된 안트라퀴논 염료는 780~900nm의 범위에서 최대 흡수를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 R18, R19, R20 및 R21은 독립적으로 시아노 또는 수소이며; R12 및 R13은 수소, 하이드록시 또는 NR22R23이며; R14 및 R16는 C5-C8 고리형 알킬, 치환되지 않은 포화 비고리형 알킬, 최소 하나의 C2-C20알킬기로 치환된 아릴, 또는 최소 하나의 C2-C20 알킬기로 치환된 방향족 헤테로고리임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 최소 하나의 안트라퀴논 염료는 640~700nm의 범위에서 최대 흡수를 가지며, 나아가 550~650nm에서 최대흡수를 갖는 최소 하나의 염료 를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
