Claims (11)
- 합성 수지 섬유로 이루어지는 부직포를 지지체로 한 미공을 형성한 미공성 여과막과 열가소성 수지제 여과판을 구비하고, 상기 미공성 여과막이 상기 열가소성 수지제 여과판의 둘레가장자리에 접합된 막 부재로서, 상기 열가소성 여과판의 둘레가장자리에는 오목부가 형성되어 있고, 상기 미공성 여과막은 상기 오목부의 내부에서 상기 여과판에 접합되어 있고, 상기 오목부의 깊이는 50 ~ 500㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 막 부재.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 기재된 막 부재에 있어서, 열가소성 수지제 여과판의 둘레가장자리의 오목부의 폭은 0.5 ~ 25㎜ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 막 부재.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 막 부재에 있어서, 미공성 여과막은 합성 수지 섬유로 이루어지는 부직포를 지지체로 하고, 그 부직포에 열가소성 수지를 함침시켜 구성되어 있고, 미공성 여과막과 열가소성 수지제 여과판의 접합부에는 상기 미공성 여과막의 열가소성 수지와 상기 여과판의 열가소성 수지의 혼합 수지가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 막 부재.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 막 부재에 있어서, 열가소성 수지제 여과판에 상기 부직포에 의한 표면의 요철이 압입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 막 부재.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 막 부재에 있어서, 미공성 여과막 중 열가소성 여과판의 둘레가장자리에 형성된 오목부의 바닥부에 위치하는 부분의 합성 수지 섬유의 단면 형상은, 상기 오목부의 가장자리부에 위치하는 부분의 합성 수지 섬유의 단면 형상과 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 막 부재.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 막 부재에 있어서, 합성 수지 섬유로 이루어지는 부직포의 재질은 폴리에스테르 또는 폴리프로필렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 막 부재.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 막 부재에 있어서, 열가소성 수지제 여과판의 재질은 폴리에틸렌, ABS 또는 폴리염화비닐 것을 특징으로 하는 막 부재.
- 합성 수지 섬유로 이루어지는 부직포를 지지체로 한 미공을 형성한 미공성 여과막을 열가소성 수지제 여과판의 둘레가장자리에 접합시키는 공정을 포함하는 막 부재의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 미공성 여과막과 상기 열가소성 수지제 여과판의 접합은, 온도 제어된 열판에 의해 상기 미공성 여과막을 통해 상기 열가소성 수지제 여과판을 가압함으로써 행해지는 것, 상기 온도 제어된 열판이 상기 미공성 여과막을 통해 상기 열가소성 수지제 여과판을 가압할 때의 압력 조건은 50 ~ 500㎛ 의 깊이를 갖는 오목부가 상기 열가소성 수지제 여과판에 형성되도록 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 막 부재의 제조 방법.

- 제 9 항에 기재된 막 부재의 제조 방법에 있어서, 열판은 지지체가 되는 부직포의 융점 이하에서, 열가소성 수지제 여과판의 비카트 연화 온도 이상의 온도로 온도 제어된 것임을 특징으로 하는 막 부재의 제조 방법.
