Description
実施例では、多孔質膜2として、PTFE多孔体(日東電工社製、NTF1133:厚さ85μm、気孔率82%、通気度1秒/100cc)を用いた。なお、上記通気度は、JIS P8117(透気度試験方法−ガーレー試験機法)に基づく測定によって得た値である。多孔質膜2の表面を走査型電子顕微鏡(SEM)により観察した像(多孔質膜2の表面のSEM像)を図7に示す。
樹脂Aとしてエポキシ当量190g/当量のビフェニル型エポキシ樹脂40重量部、樹脂Bとしてエポキシ当量4500g/当量のビスフェノールF型エポキシ樹脂60重量部、および、光酸発生剤として4,4−ビス[ジ(β−ヒドロキシエトキシ)フェニルスルフィニオ]フェニルスルフィドビス(ヘキサフルオロアンチモネート)9重量部をジオキサンに溶解させ、固形分濃度が50重量%のワニスを形成した。
次に、上記のように形成したワニスを、転写用基板であるポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルム上に塗布した後、全体を80℃に保持した加熱炉に収容して乾燥させ、表面に厚さ25μmの感光性樹脂層が形成されたPETフィルムを形成した。
このように形成した第1の接着層付き多孔質膜1に対して、長方形の周縁部を象った開口部(幅150μm)を有するフォトマスクを用いて、紫外線による露光処理を行った。照射光の光源には高圧水銀灯を用い、照射する光量は800mJ/cm2とした。
次に、このように形成した第2の接着層付き多孔質膜5を、直径3mmφの貫通孔が形成されたガラス板からなる接着対象物に、接着体6とガラス板とが互いに接するように接触させ、両者が互いに密着する方向に5MPaの圧力を印加した状態で100℃に保持した加熱炉に収容して、全体を10秒間加熱した。なお、両者を接触させる際には、ガラス板に設けられた孔と多孔質膜2上の接着体6とが重ならないようにした。
接着剤として、両面接着テープ(厚さ50μmのポリエステルフィルムの両面に厚さ20μmの感熱性アクリル樹脂接着剤が塗布されている)を、幅700μmの矩形状に打ち抜き加工することを試みた。しかし、打ち抜き金型への接着剤の接着が発生して、両面接着テープを上記形状に打ち抜くことはできなかった。

Claims (4)
- 樹脂多孔質膜の表面に接着層が配置され、前記接着層として、感光性樹脂組成物を露光して得た接着体が配置されている接着層付き樹脂多孔質膜の製造方法であって、
樹脂多孔質膜の表面に感光性樹脂組成物を配置する工程と、
前記樹脂組成物の一部を露光した後、前記樹脂組成物における光が照射されていない部分を除去して、前記表面に残された、光が照射された部分を接着体とする工程とを含む、接着層付き樹脂多孔質膜の製造方法。 - 樹脂多孔質膜の表面に接着層が配置され、前記接着層として、感光性樹脂組成物を露光して得た接着体が配置されている接着層付き樹脂多孔質膜の製造方法であって、
転写用基板の表面に感光性樹脂組成物を配置する工程と、
前記樹脂組成物の一部を露光した後、前記樹脂組成物における光が照射されていない部分を除去する工程と、
前記転写用基板の表面に残された、光が照射された部分を樹脂多孔質膜の表面に転写して接着体とする工程とを含む、接着層付き樹脂多孔質膜の製造方法。 - 樹脂多孔質膜の接着方法であって、
樹脂多孔質膜の表面に感光性樹脂組成物を配置する工程と、
前記樹脂組成物の一部を露光した後、前記樹脂組成物における光が照射されていない部分を除去する工程と、
前記多孔質膜を、前記表面に残された、光が照射された部分と接着対象物とが互いに接するように前記対象物に接触させ、前記接触させた状態で接触部分を加熱して、前記対象物と前記多孔質膜とを接着する工程とを含む、樹脂多孔質膜の接着方法。 - 樹脂多孔質膜の接着方法であって、
転写用基板の表面に感光性樹脂組成物を配置する工程と、
前記樹脂組成物の一部を露光した後、前記樹脂組成物における光が照射されていない部分を除去する工程と、
前記転写用基板の表面に残された、光が照射された部分を樹脂多孔質膜の表面に転写して接着体とする工程と、
前記多孔質膜を、前記接着体と接着対象物とが互いに接するように前記対象物に接触させ、前記接触させた状態で接触部分を加熱して、前記対象物と前記多孔質膜とを接着する工程とを含む、樹脂多孔質膜の接着方法。
