Description
Claims (12)
- 플라스틱으로 이루어지는 제 1 피착물과, 제 2 피착물을 접착하는 플라스틱의 접착 방법에 있어서,상기 제 1 피착물의 접착면에 4eV 이상의 에너지를 갖는 에너지선을 조사하는 공정 및 접착제를 사용하는 일없이, 상기 제 1 피착물과 제 2 피착물을 직접 접착하는 공정을 구비하고,상기 에너지선의 조사 시에서의 제 1 피착물의 접착면이, 물, 과산화 수소, 암모니아, 알코올류, 유기산, 유기산의 유도체, 니트릴류, 니트로 화합물류, 아민류 및 황 화합물류에서 선택된 1 개를 함유하는 액체와 접촉하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱의 접착 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 피착물이 플라스틱으로 이루어지는 플라스틱의 접착 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 피착물의 접착면에 4eV 이상의 에너지를 갖는 에너지선을 조사하는 플라스틱의 접착 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 피착물 및 제 2 피착물이 상기 에너지선의 조사 전에는 점착성 또는 접착성을 갖지 않고, 또한, 상기 제 1 피착물이 상기 에너지선의 조사에 의해 점착성 또는 접착성을 얻는 플라스틱의 접착 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 에너지선이, 자외선, 코로나 방전, 전자선 및 이온선에서 선택된 1 개인 플라스틱의 접착 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 에너지선이, D2 램프, 고압 수은 램프, 저압 수은 램프, Xe 램프, Hg-Xe 램프, 할로겐 램프 및 엑시머 램프에서 선택된 1 개에 의해 얻어지는 자외선인 플라스틱의 접착 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 에너지선의 조사 전에 상기 제 1 피착물을 예비 가열하거나, 또는 상기 제 1 피착물을 가열하면서 상기 에너지선을 조사하는 플라스틱의 접착 방법.

- 제 2 항에 기재된 플라스틱 접착 방법을 사용하는 면광원 소자 부재의 제조방법으로서,상기 제 1 피착물이, 광원에서의 광을 출사면으로 전파시키는 도광체이고,상기 제 2 피착물이, 상기 도광체의 출사면에 배치되는 광학 필름으로서, 상기 도광체의 출사면에서의 광을 출사면의 정면 방향을 향하게 하는 복수의 볼록부가 상기 도광체와 대향하는 면에 형성되어 있고,상기 도광체와 광학 필름을 상기 볼록부의 정상부에서 직접 접착하는 면광원 소자 부재의 제조 방법.
- 제 2 항에 기재된 플라스틱 접착 방법을 사용하는 면광원 소자 부재의 제조방법으로서,상기 제 2 피착물이, 광원에서의 광을 출사면으로 전파시키는 도광체이고,상기 제 1 피착물이, 상기 도광체의 출사면에 배치되는 광학 필름으로서, 상기 도광체의 출사면에서의 광을 출사면의 정면 방향을 향하게 하는 복수의 볼록부가 상기 도광체와 대향하는 면에 형성되어 있고,상기 도광체와 광학 필름을 상기 볼록부의 정상부에서 직접 접착하는 면광원 소자 부재의 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 기재된 플라스틱 접착 방법을 사용하는 면광원 소자 부재의 제조방법으로서,상기 제 1 피착물이, 광원에서의 광을 출사면으로 전파시키는 도광체이고,상기 제 2 피착물이, 상기 도광체의 출사면에 배치되는 광학 필름으로서, 상기 도광체의 출사면에서의 광을 출사면의 정면 방향을 향하게 하는 복수의 볼록부가 상기 도광체와 대향하는 면에 형성되어 있고,상기 도광체와 광학 필름을 상기 볼록부의 정상부에서 직접 접착하는 면광원 소자 부재의 제조 방법.
