Description
하나의 양태에서 증점제 또는 증점제 혼합물(d)은 건조 필름[성분(a), 성분(c), 성분(d) 및 성분(e)]을 기준으로 하여, 0 내지 20중량%의 중합체성 증점제와 0 내지 40중량%의 올리고머성 증점제로 구성될 수 있다.

Claims (8)
- 결합제 또는 결합제 혼합물(a),중간 1차 입자 크기(median primary particle size)가 1 내지 80nm이고 응집률(%)이 0.01 내지 99%인 전기 전도성 금속 산화물 분말(e) 5 내지 500중량부[성분(a)의 중량을 기준으로 함] 및불활성 나노입자(f) 5 내지 500중량부[성분(a)의 중량을 기준으로 함]로 이루어진 래커 시스템을 사용하여 성형물의 하나 이상의 면을 피복하는 단계 및래커층을 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는, 가소성 수지로 이루어진 성형물을 피복하는 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 불활성 나노입자가 SiO₂나노입자를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 가소성 수지로 이루어진 성형물을 피복하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 전기 전도성 금속 산화물 분말(e)이 산화인듐주석(ITO), 안티몬 산화주석(ATO) 및 도핑된 ITO로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 가소성 수지로 이루어진 성형물을 피복하는 방법.
- 가소성 수지 성형물이 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트(PMMA), 폴리카보네이트(PC), 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET), 글리콜-개질된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET-G), 폴리에틸렌(PE), 폴리비닐 클로라이드(PVC), 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌(ABS) 또는 폴리프로필렌(PP)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는, 제1항, 제4항 또는 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법으로 수득 가능한 가소성 수지 성형물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 글레이징(glazing)용으로서, 구조물 포장용으로서, 청정실 설치용으로서, 기계 커버용으로서, 인큐베이터용으로서, 디스플레이용으로서, 영상 디스플레이 스크린 및 영상 디스플레이 스크린 커버용으로서, 배면 투사 스크린용으로서, 의료 장치용으로서 또는 전기 장치용으로서 사용되는 가소성 수지 성형물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 래커 시스템이 용매 또는 용매 혼합물(b);유동 조절제, 습윤제, 분산 첨가제, 산화방지제, 반응성 희석제, 소포제, 입체 장애 아민 광안정제(HALS: hindered amine light stabilizers) 및 UV 흡수제로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 첨가제(c); 및건조 필름[성분(a), 성분(c), 성분(d) 및 성분(e)]을 기준으로 하여, 0 내지 20중량%의 중합체성 증점제와 0 내지 40중량%의 올리고머성 증점제로 구성될 수 있는 증점제(d)로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 하나 이상을 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 가소성 수지로 이루어진 성형물을 피복하는 방법.
