Claims (5)
- 플라스틱 시트를 이용하여 성형 제품을 진공 성형하기 위한 진공 금형에 있어서,성형 제품의 외면 형상에 대응하는 형상을 가지며 다수의 공기 통로가 형성되는 것으로서, 중앙부에 잠금핀 수용부(145a)가 관통 형성되고 방사상으로 다수개의 볼플런저가 삽입 설치되는 잠금핀 수용체(145)가 적어도 하나 이상 설치되는 메인 코어(110);상기 메인 코어에 탈부착하는 것으로서 일 측면이 평면 또는 돌출된 형상을 가지며 타 측면에는 상기 잠금핀 수용체와 결합하기 위한 잠금핀(141)이 고정 부착되는 옵션 코어(161,162); 및상기 메인 코어(110)의 내부에 마련되며, 피스톤 로드(151)의 선단이 상기 옵션 코어의 타 측면에 접촉할 수 있도록 배치되는 에어 실린더(150)를포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 금형.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 메인 코어(110)의 상기 옵션 코어(161,162)를 피한 위치에는 볼플런저(123)가 삽입 설치되고 상기 볼플런저와 착탈식으로 결합하는 착탈식 코어(120)가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 금형.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 옵션 코어로는 이중 언더컷(U)을 가지는 돌출 코어(130)를 적용하되, 상기 돌출 코어(130)는 돌출 코어 본체(131) 및 상기 돌출 코어 본체에 형성되는 경사면(131b)을 따라 슬라이딩 가능하도록 구성되는 경사 슬라이딩 코어(132)를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 금형.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 경사면(131b) 상에는 상기 경사 슬라이딩 코어(132)의 하부에 결합하는 가이드바(133)가 위치하고, 상기 가이드바에는 일단이 상기 돌출 코어 본체(131)에 고정되고 타단은 돌출 코어 본체에 회전가능하게 부착되는 도르래(135)를 거쳐 온 인장 스프링(134)이 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 금형.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 메인 코어(110)의 내부에는 피스톤 로드의 선단이 상기 돌출 코어(130)에 연결되는 에어 실린더가 마련되어, 상기 에어 실린더의 작동에 의하여 상기 돌출 코어를 메인 코어의 내부로 인입하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 금형.
