도 3은(a)는 제1 분쇄 롤러를, (b)는 제2 분쇄 롤러를 각각 나타내는 측면도이다.
Claims (4)
- 거칠게 분쇄된 지분을 외주면에 홈이 형성된 복수의 제1 분쇄 롤러를 구비한 제1 수형롤러밀을 이용하여 분쇄하고, 평균 입경 50μm 이상 150μm 미만의 미세 지분을 얻는 제1 미세 분쇄 공정;
상기 제1 미세 분쇄 공정에서 얻은 미세 지분을 외주면에 홈이 형성된 복수의 제2 분쇄 롤러를 구비한 제2 수형롤러밀을 이용하여 분쇄하고, 평균 입경 25μm 이상 50μm 미만의 미세 지분을 얻는 제2 미세 분쇄 공정; 을 구비하며,
상기 제1 분쇄 롤러의 회전축에 대한 해당 제1 분쇄 롤러의 홈의 경사각이 상기 제2 분쇄 롤러의 회전축에 대한 해당 제2 분쇄 롤러의 홈의 경사각보다도 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 미세 지분 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 분쇄 롤러의 회전축에 대한 해당 제1 분쇄 롤러의 홈의 경사각이 5도 이상 45도 이하이며, 상기 제2 분쇄 롤러의 회전축에 대한 해당 제2 분쇄 롤러의 홈의 경사각이 45도 이상 85도 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 미세 지분 제조방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 분쇄 롤러 및 상기 제2 분쇄 롤러의 홈의 바닥부가 측면에서 볼 때 원호형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 미세 지분 제조방법. - 삭제
