Claims (5)
- 알루미늄으로 구성되는 기대부(基臺部)와, 이 기대부에 고착되는 절연성 수지로 구성되는 수지부와, 상기 수지부에 맞닿고, 회전체에 연결하여 회전하는 패턴 원판의 회전을 검출하는 프린트 기판을 구비한 엔코더에 있어서,상기 기대부와 상기 수지부의 고착은 상기 기대부에 있어서의 수지부와의 고착면에 형성된 나노(nano) 레벨의 요철과, 상기 수지부의 수지가 열쇠 구조에 의해 결합하는 것으로 고착되고, 상기 수지부에 있어서의 상기 프린트 기판과의 맞닿음면에 상기 프린트 기판의 패턴이 배치되도록 상기 프린트 기판이 상기 수지부에 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 엔코더.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,수지부는 프린트 기판만을 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔코더.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,패턴 원판의 회전을 검출하기 위한 발광소자와 수광소자가 프린트 기판 위에 설치되고,회전체에 연결하여 회전함과 동시에, 상기 발광소자로부터의 광을 패턴 원판을 통하여 상기 수광소자로 되돌리는 미러를 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 엔코더.
- 알루미늄으로 구성되는 기대부와 절연성 수지로 구성되는 수지부를 고착함과 동시에, 회전체에 연결하여 회전하는 패턴 원판의 회전을 검출하는 프린트 기판을 상기 수지부에 맞닿도록 부착하는 엔코더의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 기대부에 있어서의 상기 수지부와의 고착면에 나노 레벨의 요철을 형성하고, 상기 수지부를 사출성형에 의해 상기 기대부의 상기 고착면에 열쇠 구조로 결합시키며, 상기 수지부에 있어서의 상기 프린트 기판과의 맞닿음면에 상기 프린트 기판의 패턴이 배치되도록 상기 프린트 기판을 상기 수지부에 부착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔코더의 제조방법.
